I’m reaching out to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I recently attempted to send a one-time payment from my group funds to my account. However, the funds have not appeared in my account balance.
I’ve refreshed several times and even checked on other devices, but my balance remains unchanged. It’s still showing 63 Robux, even though:
- The group audit logs confirm that 22 Robux was sent to me twice.
- The group payouts section in transactions also shows I received 22 Robux.
Despite all this, my account balance hasn’t updated. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.
Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone know how to resolve it? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
