Issue with Removal Requests under Rights Manager

I have created 2 Removal Requests over an item infringing on my creation, however instantly upon creating these requests that status just changes to “error.” I can’t think of any reasons on why this occurring, and the error messages don’t tell me what went wrong either, but I have attached my specific report IDs in the private message to staff below if that helps you guys look into it! Thanks team!

Expected behavior

I expect the Removal Request to either go through correctly or give better insight on what exactly caused it to error!
