So this may be a bug but anyway: When I type in a script the letters come on slowly but I am typing fast. Other people have this issue and I reinstalled studio.

You may ask, why is this on scripting support? Well its because I think it may be because of the excessive amount of scripts/assets.

Might be clipboard related as Studio has clipboard related bugs that can cause problems / slowdowns.
Externally try clearing the clipboard and see if that helps.
I experienced this issue once, and the solution for me was to reset my computer - you could possibly try that as well for to see the results.

8 gigs is fine. Reboot your computer maybe.
Already tried that yesterday, did not work.
Should I try shutting it down and (then I go to school) 6 hours later I turn it on?
If it’s not fixed on a restart, it won’t be fixed by being turned off for longer.

hey man u still have this problem?? an alternative i used was using a different user but it was getting annoying but with more googling i found out if u go to library in finder by clicking go at the top and holding alt, u’ll see the library folder and then u go to the preferences folder and then search up roblox in that folder and delete everything, then reinstall

I think it may be something in your typing settings… Is the computer freezing up or are the letters just coming on slow?
It will type one letter, freeze for a bit, type the next one and so on
Well the the only way would either be delete every roblox / roblox studio related things or just make a new user on ur mac dedicated to roblox studio.
Can I use another laptop? I am sure that’ll work.
