Issue with the new typechecking

To keep it simple heres a picture:

So when i turned on the updated version of luau typechecking this issue came and its not going anywhere so if it is a bug then fine shit happens.

If it’s not a bug then i would like to know why this appears and how can i get rid of it?

PS: its only this script who gets this issue the rest are fine for now.

and it goes away when i type --!nocheck.

You will probably have the disable it until it’s out of beta, and just manually change it.
