Issue with trade completion

It started when a trade got accepted. My items were sent to the recipient, but I did not receive his item as it does not appear in my inventory. I lost a big chunk of value from this, but on the item’s page that I got from the trade, it says I own it while it does not appear in my inventory.

Expected behavior

I should receive the item from the trade.

I did. They said they are aware of the issue and they are working on fixing it. I just wanted to shine some more light on this situation.
