Issue With UGC Uploading | "Publishing Unsuccessful"

Over the past few months I have been ABLE to upload UGCs but UNABLE to publish them.

I have no clue why but every time I try to upload a UGC it shows this issue

I have contacted Roblox support with no help and no clue what to do.

Are you sure you have Premium 1000? Did you try using a different browser?

I’m pretty sure i wouldn’t be able to upload if i didn’t. But yes I do.
