Issue With Unioning/Modeling Parts

I was redoing a door I had already created into being one instead of double doors. This included the process of having to ununion/seperate a model so I may delete some parts and union the untouched parts back together. Once attempting to do that it caused an issue with the handle coming out very wonky looking after unioning all of them. I also attempted to union just the handle and it still did the same thing.

perhaps u need to change the smoothing angle ? (also can u draw on the photo to make sure where is the handle)

Have you resized it at all?
The old Unions could only be resized like a Model, in all 3 axes at the same time.
The newer Unions can be resized in each axes individually.

I’d recommend disassembling the entire handle Union to its basic Parts and then working from them.
It’s a pain, but you’ll get the result you want.

try changing the renderfidelity to precise

Currently I do not know what caused the issue but it resolved itself. I think it was a bug regarding studio hopefully it does not occur again.
