Issues While Removing Developer’s Percentage from Group Payouts

An old developer was originally assigned a percentage of the group’s payouts, but he later left while still having that percentage assigned to him. Since then, my friend and I have joined the team, and the owner attempted to remove or modify his percentage. However, he encountered the following issues:

When trying to remove his percentage, he receives the error message: “Something went wrong.”
When trying to change his percentage, he receives the message: “Recipient is invalid.”
He has asked the developer to rejoin the group, but that did not resolve the issue. He has also changed group ownership multiple times, yet the problem persists.

Hello there, sorry for delaying. Can you share the the userid of that old developer and you said the account you guys are trying to do the operation is the owner’s account of the group, correct?

Hey There,
There were some data inconsistency issues for select groups (includes LZR Games! - Roblox) on our end leading to some users unable to perform certain actions. We recently did a bulk fix that should have fixed it. Let us know if you encounter the issue again
