Issues with importing an animation

Having issues with this plugin.

Blender rig exporter/animation importer - Roblox

I have made my animation and am trying to import it into roblox (from blender), and when I import it, it either loads one frame of the animation, or loads nothing at all.
I set the start and end of the animation correctly, HOWEVER, I have deleted the character I exported onto blender in studio, which was simply a default r6 dummy.
Tutorial I followed:

Just need help importing the animation.
(The animation is at 60 fps)

I am having a similar problem but when i import it as an fbx file the animation doesn’t work and the model kinda breaks.
