The ID is wrong.

I changed the ID to make the icon smaller.
Then the issue is most likely with the decal, it may not have gone through moderation yet.
It was the same for the old/big cursor too.
I put both IDs into ImageLabels, the first ID had a cursor image, however the second ID is invisible. The first ID works for me and the second one does not, you probably made a mistake in typing out the numbers somehow.
I did not, I used copy and paste to get the numbers in. Both cursors have been moderated.
Is the new decal made by you? And is the game under your profile?
Yes to both of those. I drew it myself as well.
Sorry then I really do not know, the first ID worked for me, the second one is invisible.
All I know, is that the cursors only work in studio (sorry, only the big one).
So I basically have to change the image size to be 256x256?
That is what the Admin said, so yes, do that and I am praying it works out for you 
I can’t quite do that… Reason: The art program I am using allows you to save 3 drawings. I already used all of them. So I’ll have to wait a whole day.
Edit: OR I could use an imagelabel to cover the mouse and make the mouse hidden. But then, I would have to make it sized perfectly.
There are plenty of other art softwares you can use, such as microsoft paint, paint . net and such.

Like, use an ImageLabel to go at the same position as the mouse, with the ImageId, and hide the mouse cursor to make it look like it replaced the mouse.

Could be possible yes, but just making a proper cursor 256x256 pixels is way easier and in general just a better solution.
