Hello, I’ve been having issues with my 10% profit share from sales in my donation game that I’ve never received. I’ve tried using scripts and sending emails to Roblox support but they don’t provide concrete responses as usual.
Initially, when I saw the game development help page, I noticed they only allocated 10% for clothing and avatar items, so I realized that was the mistake. However, I delved deeper and discovered it also applies to gamepasses, but then I didn’t understand what was happening because most of the sales are from gamepasses. So I still don’t understand why I’m not receiving my corresponding Robux, but I’m unsure if it’s because, as the creator, I’m almost the only one donating Robux. I think that might be why, but I’m not sure (My game just launched less than 10 days ago)
