I came here to ask, how long have you had your account deleted for if it was deleted ever? Well, it’s been a big 3 weeks since my accounts been deleted, and to this day Roblox Support has still yet to contact me back. I’ve sent 3 support requests already and still no response. And I neither have gotten a email saying I’m in queue, meaning someone claimed it but not replying.
Is this normal for it to be this long for an appeal to be appealed? And in case you’re curious, I was falsely banned for having an alternate account deleted and creating or using another account to avoid the action. It isn’t true, because it is my main account, and I didn’t get an alternative account banned at all, because I was never on an alternate account.
Like a month ago I had my account locked by a Security Notification, which removed the email linked to it and that terminated my chance to send and receive emails from Support as well.
It could be that the email was removed on your account as well.
If you are 100% sure you had an email verified on that account and you are not getting anything on your inbox when you appeal using the linked email, then you should probably make a bug report about it, as this shouldn’t happen under normal circumstances.
If you send multiple support tickets it cancels the others or something like that
I guarantee if you worked there this would have the same outcome, you have no idea how much work this sorta thing takes lol.

Well it didn’t provide a reason, usually it provides a reason for the main reason you got banned, I think my account got hacked, but with the cookie, not my password, meaning they can access my account anytime they want, but I don’t know how to fix that and change my cookie without deleting the whole account.
Well my account was most like, I’d say 95% sure it was hacked, but they don’t know my password because they used my cookie that was stolen, so they can’t change my email or anything without my password, and my account is verified and my alt account is linked onto my main acc (which isn’t the problem), so they are not even allowed to or can change my email because of you have an account linked (parent linked, but my main is the parent), then the account that is monetizing the child’s account can’t get their email changed. So I don’t know…
This was the Moderator Note. “Moderator Note: You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account” No additional reason was applied. I would provide a screenshot but I’m too lazy right now.
Usually for this occasion, it’s a reason, but for other people, they also get secondary reasons. If you look up some pictures by searching the moderator note, people have secondary reasons other than the moderator note.
Yes, but in your case there is no need to provide a reason because the moderator note already stated the reason. However, if somebody gets banned for harassment, they will provide the message that they sent to get banned.

This reason doesn’t mean anything because the moderator note already said practically the same thing, it serves no purpose. You were enforcement banned.
You’re expecting a secondary note when it’ll still be completely redundant when the moderator note literally explains your ban already, it doesn’t go any further than that.
