I wonder if its possible to input any image inside text

The easier solution is to just make the text you want with the text you want displayed already typed inside of photoshop or a different editing tool. Then upload it to Roblox as an image and import it into Studio.
What if i want to tween image or somthing like that?
I’ve seen this in games before, but I’m not sure how they did it. Definetely possible.
If you’re talking about the movement of the text…
Make use of UI Animations. You can put an image in a frame and Tween it with the normal use of TweenService.
If you’re talking about Tweening the text to change what it says…
Then you can upload multiple images to Roblox with the different text. Make sure the text scale is the same when uploading. Then import to Studio, set the AnchorPoint the same as the other image and transition in between frames.

i mean tween image inside text to make cool small dotted or square text animation
maybe you can make a text model in blender and give it a texture or make a font that has texture?! 
idk im just giving you ideas!
