When using hats like the Dusekkar, the flames that are supposed to be emitted aren’t displaying. They still display on profiles, though.
Expected behavior
The flames should be emitted like those of fiery and frozen horns.

There is a script inside which only allows the user Matt Dusek to have the flame, that would explain why it doesn’t not work for you in games.
Note: I don’t know if it still has the script inside but I’m just going to assume it still does
I’ve seen this particular hat in game with the flame before. It’s just misleading to have it in the profile though which has people upset from what I’ve seen
Duplicate.
How is it misleading exactly? It’s been around for over a decade and hasn’t been onsale since then, so all the owners of it would already be aware of this.
If the script doesn’t allow a player to have the flame in game, then showing it on the player in the player profile is a flaw.
Ok… But it’s not like the hat is obtainable anyway so I don’t see why it matters?
If the hat was onsale/limited and your argument was “it looks like it has particles so people may be mislead into paying a large sum of robux for it”, then that would work. But the fact is, it isn’t onsale/limited so I’ll ask again, how exactly is it misleading? Who is being mislead by this and why does it matter?
The flames are only supposed to be emitted when Matt Dusek is wearing the hat.
If the flames displaying on profile are such a problem, this can easily by fixed by having the fire instance be disabled by default and the script can enable them when Matt Dusek is wearing the item.
Right now the way it works is that the fire instance is ON by default (hence why it displays on profiles) and the script turns the fire instance off when it detects that the User ID doesn’t equal Matt Dusek’s in-game (User ID 916).
