As you can see by the title, and for a more in depth explanation. Items that are appealed through either Violations and Appeals or through a support ticket both do not restore the UGC Program access, even when items are found to not have violated the Terms of Service.
For an example, a bundle was uploaded that was later deemed to not have fit Roblox Terms of Service, to which a moderator decided against that decision and repealed the items ban once looking at it in depth.
But, even then, the UGC Program access had still been taken for another 9 days, to which nothing can be published even after a moderator decided that the item had not violated the Terms of Service.
I find this to be a constraint for creators who have clearly not done anything wrong, even through thorough research from support, in which they assess each asset and find them to be fitting of the TOS.
Expected behavior
Items that are appealed through either the Violations and Appeals page or support also restore the creators UGC access to publishing and editing items instead of leaving the punishment on their account.
Someone I know @aviuus, has had the same issue. However they went so far as to terminate his account. He’s appealed the asset that got him terminated and revoked, which was accepted but his account or ugc access was not restored. He’s tried multiple times to get in touch with support but they have refused restore his account despite having his appeal accepted.
I’m surprised that this is still a huge issue, this has been ongoing for years. Referring to Roblox support to restore your ugc access also only gets you a botted response, with no further action to restore your access. They claim to put you in a queue to restore your permissions but that is a lie, they expect you to wait out the entirety of your ugc perm ban with no chance of your permissions getting restored prematurely. For the love of god Roblox if you can auto remove perms with ai moderation then you can auto restore them, it cannot be that hard to be competent especially when some creators rely on ugc for their income.
Edit: This is also immensely unfair when your item is falsely removed, having the audacity to remove a creators items and then punish them for at min 3 days for your ineffective ai “moderation” is comedic at best.
