I’m currently facing an issue where my UGC permissions are still revoked even though the items that caused the issue have been successfully appealed and restored. Here’s what’s going on:

UGC Permission Still Revoked After Successful Appeal
- My UGC permissions were revoked due to some items that were falsely moderated. I appealed these items, and they were successfully restored to the platform.
- However, even though the items are back, my UGC permissions remain revoked, and I’m unable to upload or publish content.

Previous Issue with UGC Access Not Being Restored
- This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this problem. In a previous case, Roblox Support confirmed that my UGC access was restored on their end, but there was no actual change on my account—my permissions stayed revoked.
- This leads me to believe there may be an issue with the tools or processes Roblox Support uses to restore UGC access, and that the problem may be affecting my current case as well.

Problem in Violations & Appeals System
- The issue seems to be linked to how the Violations & Appeals system works. Despite the successful appeals and the items being restored, my UGC access is not being automatically restored.
- This indicates that there may be a bug in the Violations & Appeals system itself, which is preventing the automatic restoration of my UGC access.

After successfully appealing and restoring the items that led to the revocation of my UGC permissions, I expected my UGC access to be automatically reinstated, as is typical with similar cases.

Additionally, I expected Roblox Support appeal agents to have the necessary tools and permissions to properly restore UGC access in such situations. In a previous case, Roblox Support confirmed my UGC access was restored, but no actual changes were made. This leads me to believe the current issue may be related to a similar bug or limitation in the system.
I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this issue, as it’s preventing me from uploading and publishing content. I think there’s a bug in the system that’s preventing my UGC access from being restored, and I’m hoping it can be fixed soon.
