It’s possible to corrupt your avatar data, which will cause some parts of the Avatar API to error on Roblox servers, resulting in InternalServerError. Some parts of the Roblox website that rely on those API calls will fail, such as the avatar editor which will completely break and prevent you from making changes to your avatar. The following error message will appear on the “my avatar” page:
