If you want to do stuff for UI designs and logos specifically just use PaintDotNet or GIMP. both are great alternatives and are free.

You better tell anyone who’s struggling like you because it’s really sad to see people not knowing what to do and use photopea or whatever bad alternatives
Among the programs that I would recommend would be adobe illustration/photoshop or LogoMaker

Another good, simple, and quite limitless software is Google Drawings. I recommend using it if you feel overwhelmed with other softwares.
who says they arent cracking it all jokes aside, I’d recommend paintdotnet or paint tool sai, both pretty good imo
Paint 3D is a more 3D modeling program used for making fun projects or little scenes as it has those simple capabilities to create small logos but the tools that it provides users with are a low standard:
There are a many free alternative programs to choose from, since you’re into making logos and UI designs gimp and Inkscape for example are both free programs where you can produce decent designs in; consider researching if your wanting to find ways to learn the program itself and create some variety of designs.
Gimp, Paint.net are free if your into making simple logo designs are wanting to create simplistic progressional designs blender is good for their special rendering feature.
