Ivy Cafe Affiliation Guidance
If you are interested in forming an alliance with Ivy Cafe, you are in the correct place.
There is no member requirement, however, all of the below must be adhered to with no exceptions.
Requirements
- Hold at least 2 sessions per day, 14 per week
- Hold an active, engaging community
- A Discord server listed in social links
- Hold a Discord role for Ivy Cafe
- Space for 2 representatives from Ivy Cafe
- Your representatives must be in the Ivy Cafe Discord
- Your group must follow our blacklist system in the Discord
Regulations
- No sudden termination of affiliation without reason
- No breaching of Discord and/or Roblox ToS
- No rudeness or toxicity towards our representatives
- No rudeness or toxicity towards our group and members
- No unauthorised announcements regarding Ivy Cafe
- No abuse of affiliate permissions provided to you
- No advertising us externally, this looks bad on Ivy Cafe
Requests
- Announce Ivy Cafe events (with permission from Ivy Cafe representatives)
- Possess and post our group and Discord link
To request an affiliation, please head to our application center and choose ‘Affiliate Application’. By applying you agree that we can decline your application without providing you with a reason and this document may be edited without you being notified.
