Each day, our Middle Ranks and High Ranks work hard to bring you an enjoyable experience. We wouldn’t be able to do this without them! We are excited to see what the future has in store for us. Code of Conduct

Clothing
All clothing must be appropriate. Depending on the outfit, you’ll be asked to change or banned immediately.

Trolling
Trolling isn’t allowed whatsoever. If you’re caught trolling you’ll be warned. If you continue after a warning you’ll be banned immediately.

Spamming + raiding
Spamming as well as raiding is strictly prohibited. If you’re caught spamming, it’s an immediate ban. No warning. However, if you’re raiding you’ll be permanently banned from all Jáva related games.

Ban appeals

At Jáva, we would like to keep our community safe & clean as possible. Any inappropriate behavior will result in a server ban, termination from your current rank, or a ban from our communications server. Here at Jáva, we believe everyone deserves a second chance.

Make sure to include the reason you’ve been banned.
You must wait 48 hours before appealing. If you appeal before the 48 hours is over you’ll need to wait another 48 hours.
Continuous offenses after multiple bans/reminders will result in a permanent blacklist from all Jáva related games.
Be patient with the HR handling your appeal, this process takes time.

What your appeal should include:

  • Reason you’ve been banned.
  • Convince the HR team you you should be unbanned.
  • How you will learn from your past mistakes.

How you can appeal:

  • Messaging “JavaBanAppeals” on ROBLOX (Spamming this account with messages will have your appeal voided.)
  • DM one of the users above
  • In-game PMs
Alliance Information

Rules

  • Must have at least 100 non-botted members in the Roblox group
  • Must have at least 50 members (excluding bots) in your Communications server
  • Your group must be along the lines of cafe, bakery, restaurant, etc. We do not ally with groups related to military type businesses and fan groups
  • Your group must not sell ranks
  • Staff members in your group must have a level of professionalism
  • Your group and communications server must be well organized

Expectations

  • All of our group-related events should be announced on your Communications Server
  • Members of your group will participate in things such as alliance visits
  • Your group has features such as mature staff, etc
  • Large scandals that go on within the group will result in a possible termination depending on the severity of the situation

Application Questions

Before you answer the questions, make sure to provide a link to your main game, Roblox group, and Communications server. When applying for an alliance, make sure to DM a member of the Relations Department. The members of this department are kieryn’#3333

Rank Information

Premium Customer: A neutral rank at Java, a guest who visits the cafe.

Noted Customer: Noted Customers are former HRs+.

Allied Representative: A guest from one of our alliances.

Awaiting Training: A customer that needs to attend a training session in order to work at Java.

Junior Barista: This is the first LR rank. They can work behind the counters and serve customers.

Barista: This is the second LR rank. They can work behind the counters and serve customers.

Head Barista: This is the final LR rank. They can work behind the counters and serve customers. They can also work for Staff Intern.

Staff Intern: This is the first MR rank. They have worked hard for their position and have been promoted by an AA+. They supervise at the cafe and attend trainings.

Shift Supervisor: This is the second MR rank. They have been promoted by an HR+ for their hard work and dedication. They can now host training sessions.

Shift Leader: This is the third MR rank. They have been promoted by an HR+ for their frequent & consistent activity at the cafe & at trainings.

Administrative Assistant: This is the fourth and final MR rank. They have been promoted for their hard work. They can promote HB’s to SI’s.

Board of Directors: This is the first HR rank. They have several basic HR duties. They were promoted for working hard and showing what they’re capable of as an MR.

Employment Officer: This is the second HR rank. They were promoted for their hard work and effort shown as a Board of Directors.

Employment Director: This is the third and final HR rank. They were promoted for showing dedication towards Java. Their duties are the same as an Employment Officers.

Board of Executives: This is the first leadership rank. They were given this rank for showing hard work and dedication towards Java. Their duties are much more complex and participate in leadership activities.

Vice President: This is the second leadership rank. This rank is the last rank achievable at Java. They were promoted to Vice President for showing lots of effort towards Java and have truly deserved this role. They participate in all leadership activities and assist the President.

President: This is the owner of the group. They are part of the leadership team and run the group as a whole.

Group Holder: The group holder is just an account used to hold the group all together. It is not an actual role.

Low Ranks

To work here you’ll need to apply at the Application Center. To find this, head over to our group and look under the “Experiences” tab. After you do that, click Jáva Application Center and join the game. Make sure you’re in the group, or else you won’t be given access to the Application Center.
