Welcome to the official Jaipur Public Handbook! In this document, you can find various useful information that may help you a lot during your journey here at Jaipur.
What is Jaipur?
Jaipur is the first Indian restaurant group in the Roblox restaurant industry. We are an upcoming restaurant group that is aiming to revolutionize the way users see restaurant groups and we absolutely cannot wait to show what we will bring to you in the future!
Partnership Information
If you wish to form a partnership with Jaipur, you must meet the following requirements listed below. Failure to meet any of the requirements listed will result in a denial in your application.
- The group must possess x non-botted group members and x non-botted communications server members.
- The group must have a good reputation within the industry.
- The group cannot have any past record of scamming, free ranking, or selling management related ranks.
- The group cannot be a military group, fan group, or any type of group that doesn’t relate to this industry.
- The group must be willing to announce Jaipur’s events.
- The group must be able to provide 2 active representatives.

- Please, provide us with at least 2 active representatives by stating their Roblox usernames along with their Discord username.
NOTE: You must answer all of these questions in a google document then send it to a member of our Public Relations Division. It may take around 48h for us to make a decision so please don’t ask for any updates regarding the affiliation.

Unemployed
Customer
A regular group member.
Noted Customer
This rank is attributed to former High Ranks, investors, and well-known users in the industry.
Affiliate Representative
This rank is attributed to 2 representatives from each one of our partners.
Low Ranks
Trainee
This is the first LR rank and it does not have the ability to work. In order to begin working, users with the rank must attend a training.
Junior Server
This rank is obtained through attending one training and it’s the first rank to be able to work at the restaurant.
Junior Server
This rank is obtained through attending one training and it’s the first rank to be able to work at the restaurant.
Server
This rank is obtained by getting 250XP in-game and it’s the second rank to be able to work at the restaurant.
Skilled Server
This rank is obtained by getting 500XP in-game and it’s the third rank to be able to work at the restaurant.
Lead Server
This rank is obtained by getting promoted by a General Manager or above for your hard work!
Middle Ranks
Staff Intern
This rank is attributed to users who are part of the internship program. Interns learn the ropes of being a member of the staff team and they may be promoted once our Staffing Division decides they are ready for the Supervisor Rank. This rank is the first MR rank and has no moderation commands.
Supervisor
This rank is the first to have moderation powers in-game. Supervisors assist at trainings and moderate the restaurant.
Assistant Manager
This rank is in charge of hosting sessions and assisting at sessions. Assistant Managers are also in charge of moderating the restaurant.
Manager
This rank is charged with the same duties as Assistant Managers except it’s also in charge of looking for future Lead Servers for the Staffing Division to promote.
General Manager
This rank is tasked with all of the tasks Managers have as well as promoting Skilled Servers to Lead Server.
High Ranks
Executive Assistant
This is the first rank in the HR team and users possessing that rank are divided into two separate departments. Executive Assistants are tasked with various department related tasks!
Chief Relations Officer
Users with this rank have been a part of the Public Relations Division for a good amount of time and has shown a lot of dedication during their time in that department.
Chief Staff Officer
Users with this rank have been a part of the Staffing Division for a good amount of time and has shown a lot of dedication during their time in that department.
Chief Executive Officer
Users holding this rank have the same responsibilities as their CRO or CSO ranks except they are also in charge of co-leading their department and may only have two people holding it as there are only two departments.
Developers
Contributor
This rank is given to users who have contributed to Jaipur through development, artistry, etc.
Developer
This rank is given to full-time developers at Jaipur or part-time developers who are currently being commissioned.
Leadership Team
Vice President
Users holding this rank are in charge of leading their department and may only have two people holding it as there are only two departments.
President
Users holding this rank are in charge of overseeing their departments to ensure that operations are running efficiently.
Ownership Team
Co-Owner
This user owns the group alongside the Owner.
Owner
This user owns the group.
Appeal Procedures
Here at Jaipur, there are many different sorts of punishments a user could receive. Some of these can be appealed while some unfortunately cannot. Any sort of evasion to these punishments can highly lower the possibilities of them being revoked. All of the different sorts of punishments have a different procedure for its appeal so please, check the appropriate section for the most accurate help regarding your appeal.
Permanent Ban
This sort of ban prevents you from joining our main game. In order to appeal this ban, you will need to contact a High Rank in our communications server who will send you an appeal form. In this form, you will need to list a minimum of 3 reasons why you believe your ban should be revoked.
Server Ban
This sort of ban prevents you from joining the server you have been banned in. This ban doesn’t require any sort of appeal as it’ll be revoked once the server restarts.
Job Blacklist
A job blacklists prevents you from starting to work at Jaipur, this can happen when you get demoted too many times. In order to appeal this blacklist, you will have to wait a minimum of 1 week. Once that week has ended, you will have to contact a High Rank through a communications server.
Community Blacklist
This blacklist prevents you from joining any Jaipur related games and our communications server. Unfortunately, this type of blacklist is NOT appealable meaning you won’t be able to play any Jaipur related games or join any Jaipur related servers anymore.
Discord Ban
A Discord ban can happen if you are caught breaking any of the server rules or breaking Discord’s ToS. This ban is appealable after a month and it can be done through the appeal form that Dyno has sent you in your ban message.
If your ban isn’t appealable, there is unfortunately nothing we can do unless you have legitimate proof that the ban was invalid. An unappealable ban can only be revoked in that scenario.

Skilled Server → Lead Server
Once you reach the role of Skilled Server, our Staffing Division will begin keeping a closer eye on you to see if you are worthy of Lead Server. If they see consistent hard work from your part and feel that you are worthy of the position, you may be promoted to Lead Server!
In order to be eligible for a promotion to Lead Server, there are a few requirements you must meet. If you don’t meet those requirements, you are unfortunately not eligible for that position.
- Your Roblox account must have safe-chat disabled.
- You must be above the age of 13.
- You must be in our communications server. It can be found in our group’s social links.
- You cannot have any sort of hinting history at Jaipur.
- You must play for a minimum of 30 minutes everyday to be noticed.
- While grammar may not be required for our staff members, we would like you to utilize it if you are trying to get noticed.
Lead Server → Staff Intern
Once you reach the role of Lead Server, you will finally be eligible for a promotion to Staff Intern! The requirements for Staff Intern are the same as the one’s for Lead Server but there are a few things that can higher your chances!
- Be consistent with your activity at the restaurant! We would prefer seeing someone working for 1 hour everyday than someone working 5 hours one day then just a minutes on the other days of the week.
- Don’t hint! Your hard work will pay off at some point, all you need is patience. Hinting can heavily lower your chances of getting promoted and may even lead to a demotion back to Skilled Server.
- Although the use of grammar at the restaurant is not required, it will make you more noticeable to our Staffing Division.
