Greetings! This is the official Jaui Public Handbook. This handbook was created to provide sufficient information and to answer any questions you may have regarding Jaui.
Introduction
Jaui is a tropical-themed group that plans to exceed expectations and to create a revolutionized environment for all to enjoy. We strive to set out and put in work to ensure that we can make a positive & unique kind of atmosphere like no other. With a smooth-running & efficient system & a great community, that’s what completes Jaui.

Customer
A regular customer / group member.
Noted Customer
A former HR+ or an individual who is well known.
Trainee
Attended a training session.
Junior Juicer
Beginner Juicer, and can work behind the counter. To be ranked up, achieve 200 points.
Juicer
A rank higher than Junior Juicer and seen as more experienced. To rank up, achieve 450 points.
Head Juicer
An experienced Juicer. Highest of the “Juicer” ranks.
Staff Intern [30]
Staff Intern is a big step into the MR team. Required to assist at Interviews / can spectate at trainings. Required to spectate at the Juice Shop.
Staff Assistant [30]
Staff Assistant is higher than Staff Intern, and is given more responsibilities and tasks to follow. They are required to supervise at the Juice Shop, attend Interviews + assist at Trainings.
Supervising Team [25]
Supervising Team are allowed and required to attend/host Interviews, assist at Trainings, and supervise at the Juice Bar.
Assistant Manager [25]
Assistant Manager is required to attend/host at Interviews, attend/co-host at trainings, & supervise the Juice Shop.
Manager [25]
Manager is required to attend/host at Interviews, attend/host at trainings, & supervise the Juice Shop.
Coordinator [20]
Coordinators are required to usually spectate/attend Interviews & to spectate/attend Trainings.
Executive Assistant [15]
Executive Assistant is a huge step into the HR team. They are given bigger duties and tasks to tend to.
CSO, COO & CCO [3 in each rank]
Chief Staff Officer, Chief Operations Officer & Chief Communications Officer are the highest possible HR ranks. They all oversee the group alongside Vice President & President, and ensure the group is running smoothly. They take part and participate in their assigned departments.
Vice President [2]
Vice President manages and oversees the group alongside President.
President
President manages and oversees the group alongside Vice President.
Regulations
At Jaui, we have a list of rules and regulations provided for everybody to follow. We want to maintain a welcoming and respected atmosphere for all to come and enjoy. Following the guidelines will help us keep it that way.
[1] Spamming is not allowed and result in a kick from the server.
[2] Any form of trolling is not allowed and will result in consequences.
[3] Any inappropriate outfit/language/etc will not be allowed.
[4] Any form of exploits are NOT allowed and actions will be taken.
[5] Harassment & disruption is prohibited and consequences can occur.
[6] Any form of discrimination is not allowed.
[7] Bypassing the chat filter is prohibited & will cause consequences to occur.
Affiliate Information
At Jaui, we are always looking for great groups to partner & ally with. If you are interested in being an affiliate, here is some information on how to begin.
- Your group must have 10000+ non-botted members.
- Your group must not be in any drama or controversy.
- It must have an active community and a good reputation.
If you are interested, you may message a CSO+ and they will assist you.
Session Times
To get a job here at Jaui, you must first join the group. Then, head to the Interview Center or the Application Center. If you pass, you may head to the Training Center whenever we host. If you pass, you will be ranked to Junior Juicer.

Frequently asked questions asked from our community.
Q: How many warnings do I give trollers?
A: You must give only 1 warning and then report to an MR/HR+.
Q: What is the order limit?
A: 5 items.
Q: How do I become an MR?
A: You must put in hard-work, be active, help out, and be a good addition to Jaui. You will usually be noticed through professionalism and activity and be promoted that way.
Q: How do I appeal a ban?
A: Contact a CSO+.
