Javascript on profiles being delayed?

I made a Greasemonkey script to correct the profile blurb text alignment, but the change wasn’t happening instantly:

At first I thought it was something with GreaseMonkey, but my user script that deletes threads off of recent that were posted by certain people happens instantly:

There’s one that’s deleted between “Kimono Labs” and the detailed FE documentation thread, but it’s kind of hard to tell from the gif because you can’t see the difference in color of the backgrounds of the threads.

Then I noticed something else about the first gif. The “Enable 3D” button’s creation was being delayed too. You can see that it doesn’t get created until after the profile text is re-aligned. I assume that button is created through Javascript as well. I considered that it might be a plugin of mine interfering, but when I refreshed my profile on Chrome (which doesn’t have any plugins), the same thing happened – it took a bit for the “Enable 3D” button to be created. It’s not something with 3D displays because hats and shirts have the “Enable 3D” button as soon as you load the page, so it appears to be something specific to the profile that’s delaying the Javascript.
