Alliance Information

Requirements

  • No member requirements, yet…
  • We only ally with ROBLOX-industry groups. This consists of cafes, clothing groups, restaurants, etc. We do not wish to ally with war groups.
  • You must be active. We don’t want to have an alliance with a, particularly dead group, as it ruins the view of Jazzero.
  • Your group must not be botted. If we see that your group appears to be purposely botted for a higher group member count, we may decline your alliance request.
  • You must be organized. We do not wish to ally with groups that are unorganized and cause a commotion.
  • All drama within your group shall not be brought into Jazzero, as it disturbs the peace of our group.
  • We would like our allies to be professional, and beneficial to our group.
  • Your group must not free-rank/sell ranks. We wish to ally only with groups that promote workers who have worked hard rather than someone who has robux or is a friend of the owners.
  • Your group must be willing to announce our events.

FAQ

How do I work at Jazzero?
You can get hired by sending an application through our job center underneath group games and apply for staff member from there. If you pass, you will be automatically ranked and ready for training.

How many warnings do trollers receive before being kicked? Banned?
Trollers are to receive one valid warning and if they continue they are to be kicked from the game by a Assistant Manager+. If they rejoin the game and continue to troll they will be banned for 24 hours by a Store Director+.

Can I work here if I have safechat?
You can work here if you have safechat, but you are unable to become an MR+ (Management Intern+) if you have safechat.

I was banned, what do I do?
If you were banned and want to be unbanned, you must fill out a ban appeal. See the ban appeal section for more information.

Rank Description

Store Customer: A customer of the restaurant. Order food, hangout, play games, have fun!

Noted Customer: A special Jazzero customer. Usually earned by donating or contributing to the group in some way.

Business Partner: Allied representatives from affiliated groups of Jazzero.

Trainee Staff Member: Recently passed your quiz. Once you attend a training and pass you will gain permission to work.

Store Security: Jazzero Store Security is in charge of apprehending customers who steal or troll in the store. You must attend special tryouts to become this position.

Junior Staff Member: A new staff member that has recently passed training. Able to work as a cashier or barista in the cafe area.

Senior Staff Member: A well experienced staff member. Able to work as a cashier or barista in the cafe area.

Management Intern: Management in-training. This position is to prepare you for becoming a member of the management team. Equivalent to the role “staff assistant”, as seen in other companies.

Store Supervisor: The first management rank. You must pass an application and a series of trainings to become this rank. Take on the responsibilities of being able to kick trollers, train at trainings, spectate at trainings, etc.

Assistant Manager: You must be found active, hard-working, professional, etc to obtain this rank. You have to be recommended by a number of staff members for this role to obtain this role. This role will prepare you for becoming the next rank. Take on the responsibilities of being able to train at trainings, spectate at trainings AND supervise shifts.

Store Manager: To obtain this role you must be recommended by staff members and found working hard. This role takes time to receive and will not be granted immediately. You are able to co-host, train, and spectate at trainings. Can co-host shifts. Able to recommend Store Supervisors to Assistant Managers.

Assistant Director: The first high rank. To obtain this role you must be recommended by staff members and found working hard. You will need a training to become this rank. You are now allowed to 24hr ban repeat trollers, and host shifts. Able to recommend lower ranked individuals for the next higher position.

Store Director: You must be an Assistant Director for a decent amount of time, noticed working hard, and recommended by staff members to obtain this role. Hosting trainings and ranking passing trainees at trainings is also a part of your position.

Executive Assistant: You must be a Store Director for a decent amount of time, noticed working hard, and recommended by staff members to obtain this role. This role takes a lot of responsibility and you’re basically a corporate in training. You can now join a department within Jazzero (Operations, Relations, Human Resources).

Junior Executive: Apart of a department; Operations, Human Resources, or Public Relations. Have a lot of knowledge about the group and very experienced within their position. Responsible for making sure Low Ranks and Management Ranks are doing their jobs in the restaurant and doing them smoothly. You can supervise, train, co-host, host at trainings and supervise, co-host, host shifts.

Senior Executive: Apart of a department; Operations, Human Resources, or Public Relations. Have a lot of knowledge about the group and very experienced within their position. Responsible for making sure Low Ranks and Management Ranks are doing their jobs in the restaurant and doing them smoothly. You can supervise, train, co-host, host at trainings and supervise, co-host, host shifts.

Store Developer: A user who helps create our games and makes them presentable to the public.
Vice President: Oversee a department of choice. Ensure that the overall operations of the restaurant are going smoothly and quickly. Enforce rules and policies to keep the community safe.
President: Helps the Chairman run the entire group and manages all staff members. Oversee all departments instead of one. Enforce rules, activity, etc.
Chief Executive Officer: The owner of the group.
Group Holder: An extremely secure account to ensure the safety and security of the group.

Regulations & Policies

Respect
Users must show respect towards one another. Treat others how you would like to be treated.

Attire
Inappropriate clothing is not allowed at the restaurant.

Trolling & Exploiting
Trolling and exploiting is not supported at Jazzero. If you choose to do either of these you will face the correct punishments.

Profanity
Jazzero is a family-friendly group and does not support profanity of any kind.

Advertising
Advertising inside of Jazzero is not permitted and we are not to be utilized as your place to advertise.
