NO RANK:

Valued Customer (Unlimited)

Valued Customers are guests who visit our games, specifically the Restaurant. They order from the selection of our amazing food items, starting with Drinks & Appetizers, then Entrees, and finally Dessert. Customers can apply for our Trainee Application within our Group through the Application Center.

Suspended (Unlimited)

Suspended members are staff members who have been suspended for a short period of time due to violating staff regulations.

Business Partner (Unlimited)

Business Partners are representatives of our wonderful partners.

SERVICE TEAM:

Awaiting Training (Unlimited)

Awaiting Training members are potential employees who have passed their Trainee Application. Trainees are expected to attend a training session as it’ll be beneficial to them.

Junior Server (Unlimited)

Junior Servers are employees who make sure the wonderful food made by our wonderful Chefs get to the table of our customers. They also help with the experience here at Jixinz.

Server (Unlimited)

Servers are employees who make sure the wonderful food made by our wonderful Chefs get to the table of our customers, as well. They also help with the experience here at Jixinz and have more experience at their job than a Junior Server.

Lead Chef (Unlimited)

Lead Chefs are the staff members in the back cooking the food for customers so they can have a wonderful experience here at Jixinz.

Executive Chef (Unlimited)

Executive Chefs are the staff members in the back cooking the food for customers so they can have a wonderful experience here at Jixinz, as well and have more experience at their job than a Lead Chef.

MANAGEMENT TEAM:

Staff Intern (Unlimited)

Staff Interns are tasked to assist at training sessions. They are also tasked to assist staff members and customers.

Supervisor (Unlimited)

Supervisors are tasked to assist at training sessions. They are also tasked to assist our staff and customers at the cafe.

Assistant Manager (Unlimited)

Assistant Managers are tasked to supervise the Restaurant to make sure everything is running smoothly, and assisting staff members and customers. They’re also tasked to assist at training sessions.

Manager (Unlimited)

Managers are tasked to supervise the Restaurant to make sure everything is running smoothly, and assisting staff members and customers. They’re also tasked to Co-Host or assist at training sessions frequently.

EXECUTIVE TEAM:

Senior Manager (Unlimited)

Senior Managers are tasked to host sessions frequently. They’re also tasked to supervise the Restaurant to make sure everything is running smoothly, and assisting staff and customers.

Executive Intern (Unlimited)

Executive Interns are tasked to host sessions frequently, and supervise the Restaurant to make sure everything is running smoothly, and assisting staff and customers.

Executive Assistant (Unlimited)

Executive Assistants are tasked with assisting in their chosen Department, but, they’re not required to be in a Department. They’re also tasked to host sessions frequently, assist the Corporate Team, supervise the Restaurant to make sure everything is running smoothly, and those promoted to this rank were hand-picked by the Corporate & Leadership Team.

CORPORATE TEAM:

Corporate Officer (7)

Corporate Officers are tasked to manage Staff Operations and are tasked to assist in every Department, at the moment. Also, they’re tasked to moderate the Restaurant & Discord Server to make sure everything is running smoothly, and host sessions frequently.

Senior Corporate Officer (3)

Senior Corporate Officers are tasked to manage Staff Operations, assist their Department Overseer, and are close to becoming a Department Overseer. Also, they’re tasked to moderate the Restaurant & Discord Server to make sure everything is running smoothly, and host sessions frequently.

Chief of Operations (2)

The Chiefs of Operations are each tasked with overseeing 1 Department, managing the daily operations, and overseeing Staff Operations. They’re also tasked to manage Corporate Operations, report to the CEO, and host sessions frequently.

LEADERSHIP TEAM:

Chief Executive Officer (1)

The Chief Executive Officer is tasked to assist the Chairman’s, oversee Staff Operations, and manage Corporate Operations. They’re also tasked to oversee the daily operations, oversee 1 Department, and host sessions frequently.

Vice-Chairman (1)

The Vice-Chairman is the Co-Founder/Co-Owner of the Group. They’re responsible for Co-Leading ALL Departments and overseeing the daily operations. They’re also responsible for overseeing Staff & Corporate Operations, managing Leadership Operations, and managing development.

The Chairman is the Founder/Owner of the Group. They’re responsible for Leading ALL Departments and overseeing the daily operations. They’re also responsible for overseeing Staff & Corporate Operations, managing Leadership Operations, and managing development.
Regulations
  • #1 Any discrimination against color, identity, sexuality, etc is not tolerated. This will result in a server ban. This includes the n-word. Anyone who mentions the n-word. EXAMPLE: Can you say the ______? prohibited.

  • #2 Any type of discrimination topics, inappropriate topic, drama topics, bullying, etc. Will not be tolerated and should not be brought to any Jixinz facilities.

  • #3 Any inappropriateness that is brought in our servers, is an instant ban. NSFW is strictly prohibited and will result in a blacklist/pban or server ban.

  • #4 Any attempts on bypassing (profanity) will lead to a server ban. Profanity will lead to a server ban, as well.

  • #5 Attempting to impersonate with similar accounts, etc. is strictly prohibited. Framing is an instant blacklist/pban.

  • #6 Holding multiple accounts such as ALT’s. You’ll be demoted from your current rank status at Jixinz, along with a server ban to all ALT accounts under the user’s name.

  • #7 Political topics will not be allowed and will result in a server ban.

  • #8 Disrespect is not tolerated, this will result in warnings, kicks, etc.

  • #9 Trolling is also not tolerated. This will result in warnings, kicks, bans etc.

  • #10 Spamming will result in a server ban.

  • #11 Exploiting is strictly prohibited, this will result in an instant pban/blacklist.

  • #12 Drama is not tolerated within our games. This will result in warnings, kicks, or bans.

  • #13 Advertising within our games will result in a server ban.

  • #14 Follow all ROBLOX ToS. This will result in moderation actions, depending on the severity.

  • #15 Use common sense, not all rules are stated here, if you feel a moderator/administrator’s actions were invalid, please contact a Corporate member for it to be dealt with accordingly. Or, Appeal in our Appeal Tickets via discord.

  • #16 Although we may not have a certain rule, please have common sense throughout Jixinz facilities.

All of these rules apply to staff, except staff cannot be kicked, or banned. So, if you encounter staff not following one if these rules that require kick, or ban, please contact the Corporate Team to handle the situation.

All shifts are not in a scheduled form, shifts are hosted throughout the day, and can be hosted by Senior Manager & Above!

Serving & Cooking Process

COOKING PROCESS:

All Lead Chefs & Executive Chefs are tasked to cook in the kitchen using the cooking system. Once the Chef is given an order by the Server, they’re tasked to cook the order by following the steps on the cooking system and notifying the Server that it is ready to be served by speaking in team chat.

SERVING PROCESS

All Junior Servers & Servers are tasked to Seat, Greet, and Serve Customers.

Seating Example: “Hi! Would you like to reserve a table?” “Ok! Would you like a table on this level or, upstairs?” “Alright! How many people are you with?” “Perfect! Follow me to your table!”

Serving Example 1: “Alright, to start off, what drink would you (or you all) like to have” “Ok! I’ll get those drinks for you (or you all)”

Serving Example 2: Next up, Appetizers! What would you (or you all) like to have?" “Alright! I’ll get that to you once our wonderful Chefs are done!”

Serving Example 3: “Ok, next is Entrees! What are you (or you all) craving for this meal?” “Alright! I’ll get that to you (or you all) once our wonderful Chefs are done!”

Serving Example 4: “Last but not least, Dessert. Before I serve you (or you all) I would like to say it has been a pleasure serving you (or you all) on this amazing Day!” “Alright! What would you (or you all) like to have as your last meal?” Ok! I’ll get that for you right away!"

Closure: “Alright, thank you all for coming visiting our Restaurant!” “Please remember to leave a like on the game if you believe the service was exceptional!”
