Job/Commision Payment Calculator

Hello,
While browsing through the talent hub, I noticed a trend of VERY poorly priced jobs. Most of these jobs were paying very little for a significant amount of work. Even experienced game-owners were hiring for unfair rates.
To help solve this problem, I decided to make a calculator to help game owners effectively price commissions, and help freelance developers decide whether a commission is fairly priced.

THIS CALCULATOR SHOULD ONLY BE USED AS AN ESTIMATE, THERE ARE MANY FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO A JOB’S PAYMENT.

My calculator ESTIMATES a reasonable payment for a job based on two factors:

  1. Job length (in hours)
  2. Skill Level (The skill/experience of the worker from 1 to 10)

Based on those two factors, it suggests a reasonable payment in USD and Robux.

Let me know if you guys have any suggestions or comments.

I feel like it’s a little unreasonable. Based on my skills and how long the average job is, I don’t think I should be paid that much.

How much did it tell you you show price your stuff at?

Price depends on the person, you’re not just paying for the commission you’re paying for someones time and skills.

This is unfortunately the problem this resource aims to solve. Too many freelance developers are working for dirt cheap, and sometimes they don’t know how little they’re getting. That is why this resource sets the price in accordance to real-world wages.
