What’s, the team and who do we need?
Currently we don’t have much of a team and that’s why I’m here. These are our current roles that are open.

This is expected to be a pretty large development team and an a success But we always need people to keep things in line.

you might be wondering what do these roles do? Well they all have a task of keeping things in line and development on track. Overseer of player interference oversees all GUI designs etc. they are expected to coordinate with the GFX designers to decide what looks best in what places. Head of development basically oversees all development other than Play or interference. (GUIs, GFXs)
A more in-depth explanation of the games concept
So the Player will start off in a very colorless city very repetitive buildings not much unique differences. To remove this repetitive and colorless theme The player will have to do tasks. These will include “gang” fights, shoot outs, robbing banks etc. once they have done these tasks that every time they get increasingly harder They will be able to cash it in for a type of a price depending on the value of The task. For an example robbing a bank is a medium to high valued task robbing a museum depending on the items they take can be high to extremely high value. Once they completed these medium to high task including low value tasks they will be able to take their earnings to a pawnshop etc. Once they have done this they will be rewarded with a prize. Here are some examples depending on the value of the task. low value “ happy medicine” medium value weapon “upgrades new weapons etc.” high-value “Sports cars extremely powerful weapons etc.” Depending on the item they receive there will be a after effect. This can either be long term or short term For the starter thing happy medicine it is short term. But once they receive one of these items the dark and depressing city will fade away. And give light to a bright modern city flourishing with colors etc… Most of the time this isn’t permanent but with a sports car (high-value item) it is that doesn’t mean the game is over though people still have to do multiple tasks sort of like GTA and the streets.
They will have to continue doing these tasks otherwise the city will go back to the repetitiveness. But every task they do they advance In terms of weapons techniques and things they are able to do to make money.
Requirements
You must be 13 or older and had medium to high experience with the job you are applying for. Discord is a must If you do not have it you cannot be contacted efficiently. If you meet all the requirements you are good to go!
payment
Payment can range around 5k-16k depending on your effort and your role in development. If you are not active enough and do not participate efficiently all current work that you have done or that you were planning to do will not be paid for and you will be asked to leave.
Once you have done a quite large amount of work we will be paid 500-2k then the rest at the end and a share of 20% in all sales of the games revenue.
You will be contacted on your payment and how much effort you put into the project when the time comes closer. we do offer payment in USD up to $100 USD if robux doesn’t suit you.
