Joining any game takes a long amount of time to load

Upon joining any game, it takes a lengthy amount of time to load. Sometimes, games with anti-cheats assume I’m cheating because of my lag. I tried reinstalling the client, but it didn’t work. However, trying the Microsoft Store version of Roblox works just fine.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics
RAM: 32GB SODIMM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX3050 Laptop GPU
OS: Windows 11 Home

Expected behavior

Upon joining any game, it loads instantly as the MS Store version of Roblox does.

At random when joining my game via the play button on the PC + web game details page, I will load into the game with a random percentage of assets having not loaded, and TeleportService being broken (teleport requests stall forever). Assets that fail to load (or are possibly still loading an unreasonable amount of time later) that I’ve noticed include meshes, images, and animations.
