Terms of Services
Thank you for ordering from presoral Designs! In order to promote fairness for both parties (You and Me), Terms of Service have been put in place detailing the rules and regulations for your commission. In addition to the Terms of Services, you are to abide by our Commission Regulations which detail and outline behavior expectations towards presoral or anyone associated. In the event that the Terms of Services or Commission Regulations are violated, your ticket will be voided and you’ll be issued a DMCA which will result in a termination/strike against your Roblox Account.
I. Refunds – Refunds will only be distributed at the discretion of the artist. Refunds will not be guaranteed in most situations but depending on the circumstances, refunds can be given.
II. Distribution/Transfer/Duplication – Redistributing, Duplicating, Transferring any assets given to you from presoral is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission granted from presoral herself, doing so will result in a DMCA Takedown request being filed against you or any related entities that whom have the assets or are associated with them.
III. Reserve to Decline – If presoral or Presoral’s Staff Team feel that you are unfit to create a commission, you will be declined. We hold the right to decline your commission for any reason we feel is necessary. Reasonings of you being declined doesn’t have to be disclosed unless our team wishes to share our reasons for you.
IV. Files – jonah reserves the right to deny you access to any files or access to edit any of the assets utilized such as but not limited to PSD.
V. Ownership - Once you purchase the UI, you are not the Owner- you are an AUTHORIZED user to utilize the UI as described in the ticket or initial commission.

Commission Regulations
I. Patience – Please be patient, do not rush me to complete your order as it creates unnecessary stress. Doing so will result in a void of your order with no refund.
II. Editing Limitations – You’ll be given up to four (4) free edits per frame once the frame is completed and you are satisfied. Any edit requests before do not count. Additional edit requests will be subject to payment depending on the complexity of the edit(s) requested.
III. Cancelation – Your order will be voided at the discretion of myself or my Staff.
IV. Respect – It is of great importance you request me, the designer, I have a busy life and need to have a suitable amount of time to complete your commission.
V. Payment – Payment will only be permitted on the available payment methods in our #pricing channel. No other payment methods will be acceptable.
VII. Common Sense – Do not try to find a loophole in my Terms of Services, Commission Regulations, or any other outlined rules established for the protection of both parties.
Lifetime Terms
Lifetime Services is no longer available at presoral Designs. All customers who had an active lifetime subscription were given a voucher to pay off any debt I owed them. Regular Terms apply.
