I recreated the journals in Gravity Falls (I’m a big fan of the cartoon lol).

It took around 30 minutes to recreate this, I couldn’t recreate the hand because it’s near impossible.

It’s honestly fine but I prefer edges that don’t look sharp. Also use “Wedges” to your advantage to create smooth low poly like style to your journal if you still wan’t it to look cartoon-ish.
I didn’t want to get into too much detail as it is a cartoon. But, I’m also going to be releasing an very detailed version of the game as well, but for now I plan on working on the main one!

I watch Gravity Falls, I’m a fan too, so I can help you with this. Maybe add Ford’s six-fingered handprint, and/or add an open option that opens to flippable pages, but other than that, it looks like the journals in the show.

It is intentionally made that way, since the journals are really like that.
No free models were used, the background is from another game I use to model, another dev of mine inserted “free models” we’ve removed them now.
