JUSU CUSTOMER CODE OF CONDUCT
INFORMATION:
Welcome to the code of conduct proportion, here we will go over what is expected from you as a Customer/Visitor. If you do not abide by these rules, you will be sanction accordingly to our customer policy.
All questions may be consulted by a member of the HR team, we advise that you contact an HR before an MR as they will have a greater amount of knowledge.

BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF OUR RULES:
As a customer, you are entitled to a 2 chance system. If you happen to violate one of our rules, automatically by any staff member you will be asked to stop due to a level of disruption, if this behavior is not corrected and comes onto our radar you will be given a proper warning. Just to repeat, a âplease stopâ is your verbal reminder, after this, you will receive an official warning and you will be kicked from the game. Rejoining and continuing will result in a server ban.
Exploiting and spamming is not at all tolerated, duplicated messages and exploiting on our premises will result in a permanent ban, this is applicable after a 2 week time out period. Minor spam will result in a server ban, major spam will be an indefinite one. Do not abuse the privileges given to you.
Raiding is also a form of major trolling and will result in a server ban if you are noticed for trolling and it is repetitive you will face a permanent ban from our games. We appreciate the gesture of you trying to populate our group/games, but raiding & botting isnât the way to show your love & tenderness.
RULES:
In addition to was mentioned above, all of our customers must follow the rules below:
[1] Remain respectful of other players in-game. Any forms of discrimination and/or harassment are not permitted in our facilities and juice bar.
[2] Glitching and using any in-game bugs for your advantage is not permitted; if any bugs are found in-game you should contact our development team accordingly.
[3] Exploiting or cheating is not permitted and could result in a ban. Ban durations differ depending on how theyâre stipulated in this code.
[4] Causing a disturbance, or also known as âtrollingâ, is not permitted. Players should be given the opportunity to enjoy their time at Jusu without being disturbed.
[5] Dress appropriately; anything deemed inappropriate by management staff is not allowed. This includes anything intended to bypass the Roblox filter.
[6] Abide by the Roblox Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Things like filter bypassing, harassment, exploiting, and any other major violations mentioned in Roblox regulations should not be done.
If you feel like a warning was wrongfully given, you can consult one of our High Ranks, they will hopefully resolve the issue. If you leave the server, your warnings will not reset, they will stay the same. This is a common technique used to try and confuse staff on how to construct their authority, this is not a way to cease your warnings.
APPEALS:
Appeals can and will be given to our Human Resources Department. As said, once you get permanently banned from our Discord/Roblox server, you will have to wait 2 weeks and fill out an appeal. In order to receive this appeal form, you must contact a member of the Human Resources Department via our communications server.
REPORTING:
If youâd like to make a staff report, please contact a High Rank, preferably a member of the Human Resources Department.
We encourage you to abide by our guidelines at all times and if you encounter a rule violator, contact one of our staff members with immediate effect.
Found a bug? Report it to one of our Ownership Team immediately.
If you are removed from the server and come back to continue your unexplicit behaviors youâll be banned without warning & no exception unless the server is reset.
If you were banned unfairly, please contact a member of our Human Resources Department.
