JyyTop Hotels is an ongrowing group! We prioritize the experience of our guests and staff members so we try our best to make it a fun and enjoyable experience for them. While having our HR/SHR team host whenever they can!
Rules
While at the hotel, we have set rules you are expected to follow. If you do not follow these rules, you will recieve some type of consequences. Depending on what you do, it can be different.
The following can get you kicked:
- Disrespect
- Trolling
- Failure to follow staff instructions
The following can get you banned:
- Dangerous role-play
- Being inappropriate
- Bypassing
- Exploiting
- Death Threats
- Discrimination
- Spamming
- Glitching
Once again, doing these will result in consequences.

Rank Information
Guest Roles
- Hotel Guest | The rank you get when you first join JyyTop Hotels! This rank is eligible to go to an interview and potentially achive the Trainee position.
- Suspended | The rank a staff member will get whenever they do something that breaks our rules, suspensions are always temporary.
- Honored Guest | An HR who resigns will get this role! As well as this, allied representatives may request to get this role.
- Trainee | The role interview passers will get upon ranking! This role is eligible to attentd a training for a chance to get a staff rank.
LR Staff Roles
- Receptionist | Receptionists give and take rooms from the hotel guests when they are asked to!
- Barista | Baristas work at the snack bar and give the guests or staff members in some cases snacks when they ask for it!
- Housekeeping | Housekeepers clean the guests rooms when the guests ask for a cleaning!
- Informer | Informers give information to the guests upon them being asked.
- Security | Securities patrol the hotel and watch out for any trollers or bannable offenders.
MR Staff Roles
- Head of Reception | Head of Receptions are Receptionists who have gotten promoted by an HR/SHR. They oversee Receptionist operations. As well as this they recieve moderator commands at the hotel. They are also able to interview at interviews & they are more likely to train at trainings.
- Head of Services | Head of Services are Baristas, Housekeepers or Informers who have gotten promoted by an HR/SHR. They oversee all the services operations. As well as this they recieve moderator commands at the hotel. They are also able to interview at interviews & they are more likely to train at trainings.
- Head of Security | Head of Securities are Securities who have gotten promoted by an HR/SHR. They oversee Security operations. As well as this they recieve moderator commands at the hotel. They are also able to interview at interviews & they are more likely to train at trainings.
- Junior Management | Junior Managers are Head of Securities, Services or Receptions who have gotten promoted by and HR/SHR. They oversee all hotel operations, just like Head Members, they recieve moderator commands at the hotel & can interview at interviews. They are the ones who choose the staff to help/train at trainings.
- Senior Management | Senior Managers are Junior Managers who have gotten promoted by an HR/SHR who have been seen as one of the best. Just like Junior Managers, they oversee all hotel operations and can interview at interviews & name at trainings. This is the first rank that has the ability to host. Senior Managers are also the first rank that is allowed to review applications!
HR Staff Roles
- General Management | General Manager is the first HR rank! General Managers are Senior Managers who an OM+ has deem’d worthy of recieving an HR position. General Managers are the first rank able to promote people. They can promote LRs, Heads and Junior Managers. They also have many responsibilities other than this. Such as dealing with reports, hosting applications, and more.
- **Operations Management **| Operations Managers are General Managers who have been promoted to this rank by a MD+ who has deem’d them worthy of this position. Operations Managers is the first rank able to promote Senior Managers to General Management. Operations Managers are expected to carry out the same duties as a General Manager as well as reviewing ban appeals, overseeing the MRs to ensure they’re working as should, and more.
- Management Director | Management Director is the highest HR rank, they are Operation Managers who have been promoted to this rank by a EA+. They are allowed to promote up to Operation Managers. Management Directors takes all the responsibilites of a Operations Manager, oversees HR operations to make sure they’re working as should, creating new potential rules, taking blacklists appeals and more!
SHR Staff Roles
- Executive Assistant | Executive Assistant is the first SHR rank, they are Management Directors who have been promoted to this rank by an EO+. They are allowed to promote up to Management Directors. Executive Assistant takes all the responsibilites of a Management Directors, have a higher say on potential new rules, helps on the final decision towards blacklist appeals and more!
- Executive Officer | Executive Officer are Executive Assistants who have been promoted to this rank by an VC+. They are allowed to promote up to Executive Assistant. Executive Officers takes all the responsibilites of a Executive Assistant, oversees all MR-EA operations and more!
Misc Roles
- Group Bot | The role all of our group bots will be put under.
- Development Team | The developers of the group. They work on future updates and think of new ideas of what to add to our games.
Ownership
Ownership members are at the top of the group. They are members who have worked with us for a while to get in their position. They can promote up to any rank lower than their current one. They are expected to oversee all lower rank operations and have the most say in a lot of things and more. These are simply the hardest roles to get in JyyTop Hotels.
Becoming An MR
If you’re interested in becoming an MR at JyyTop Hotels, there are two ways you can be promoted. From promotions or form applications.
Promotion Requirements
To eligible to be an MR, you have to follow the following requirements:
- Cannot have safechat
- In our Discord server
- Have a decent understanding of operations and how we work
- Have pretty decent grammar
- No major bad history
- No recent history of hinting
If you do not follow one of these requirements, you are not eligible to be an MR. If you happen to be able to follow all these requirements you will be eligible to be an MR.
Promotion Information
To be promoted, you have to be noticed by an HR+ member who thinks you may deserve it. If you follow all of our requirements, you have a chance of a promotion. However, please remember, promotions are not guaranteed
This may be the hardest out of the two however it gives you a basic understanding of your position more and can help our HR+ team get to know you better and see more of your qualities.
Application Information
Applications come out towards the start of the month every month. This will most likely be the easiest way out of the two to get MR.
If you do decide to do applications, you still will need to follow all of our requirements as we will be checking to ensure you follow them.
Also, you are recommended to add as much detail as possible for a higher chance of passing.

Alliance Requirements
If you’re interested in becoming an alliance for JyyTop Hotels, you must follow these requirements:
- 220 Group Members
- 95 Discord Members
- Must have a decent history with JyyTop.
- Must have a non-toxic community.
- Must have a finished main game.
While we are willing to give exceptions, please make sure that you follow some of our main requirements.
If you follow all of these requirements, or would like an exception please open an alliance ticket in our communications server!

Q: Can I work here if I have safe chat?
A: You can, but only as an LR. If you are looking to be promoted, your account must not have safechat.
Q: How do I suggest someone for a promotion?
A: You can DM or message any GM+ who accepts them.
Q: Do I need Robux to be promoted?
A: We strive to promote people fairly and do not promote them based on Robux but instead their work ethic.
Q: Can LRs help at interviews?
A: No, as to be able to interview you need to utilize admin commands and an LR interviewing can abuse admin powers, causing a session that doesn’t go smoothly.
Q: Who gets the rank “H | Honored Guest”?
A: Former HR/SHRs, honored members, and allied representatives get “H | Honored Guest”.
Q: Can I skip interviews?
A: Unless you apply, you can’t skip to training as you are required to pass an interview or application.
Q: Can staff members own a room?
A: No, you can’t own a room unless you are in a private server. Please report any staff owning a room.
Q: Can I be off-task?
A: You don’t go on breaks or go off-task unless you are in a private server. Please report any staff going off-task.
