Kúnan is an invigoratingly new Japanese restaurant on ROBLOX! We have an all inclusive environment, all are welcome at Kúnan. If you need to get in contact with an administrator, join the communications server and find a General Management or higher.

Restaurant Rules

Greetings! Below, you can find the rules you may follow if you make the choice to join us at Kúnan. At the very end of each rule, you can find the punishment protocol for each rule. Do note, if a Corporate Assistant or higher finds you violating the rule they are allowed to modify the punishment protocol as they wish for the situation.


  • Remain respectful at all times. This does include public disrespectful jokes towards friends, while you are at the restaurant all chats must be respectful to all no matter the case. | Reminder → Kick → Server Ban

  • Exploiting is completely prohibited. There is no explainable excuse for exploiting, and the reasoning of the rule is highly self explanatory. | Unappealable Permanent Ban

  • Bypassing the Roblox chat filter or “######” system is prohibited. This applies to all words that are moderated by Roblox. | Permanent Ban

  • Trolling is prohibited. Trolling also applies as causing a general disturbing to other parties, or disturbing the peace within the restaurant. | Reminder → Server Ban | If it becomes a daily issue, or the customer is joining other server and trolling there after being server banned in the previous server, they are allowed to be Permanently Banned.

  • Inappropriate, sexual, or suggestive content is completely prohibited. This includes inappropriate or suggestive jokes. | Reminder → Unappealable Permanent Ban

  • Mass Spamming in the chat is prohibited in every circumstance. This includes chanting repeated chats as well. | Permanent Ban

  • All clothing must be appropriate. If a Employee Assistant or higher deems an avatar inappropriate, you must change it. | Reminder → Permanent Ban

  • Harassing staff is prohibited, this includes Waiters through Hibachi Chefs and Employee Assistants and higher. | Reminder → Kick → Permanent Ban

  • Attempting to bypass a rule in order for it to seem just is extremely prohibited. | Kick → Permanent Ban

Do note, reminders CAN be issued by Waiters through Hibachi Chefs. Not just administrators. Reminders can look like “Warning - Reason”, “Don’t _____” or “Please stop _____” anything along the lines of those count as a reminder. | Be aware that kicks, bans, permanent bans, and any other types of moderation DO NOT need reasons. ← Excluding reminders. You are aware of what you if you have been moderated.

Junior Hibachi Chef through Shift Leader rules

If you are a Junior Hibachi Chef, Hibachi Chef, or a Shift Leader all rules in “Restaurant Rules” apply to you.
The only difference is if you are if you are caught breaking them, you will be demoted to Awaiting Training then Permanently Banned from the restaurant as well as the training center.

Shift Leader Promotion Guide

While there is no set way to get promoted to Employee Assistant, we will provide a few tips to assist in your process of getting promoted to Employee Assistant.


  • Use grammar, while it is not required for Low Ranks, it is for Medium Ranks. This will prove your ability to use good grammar to our Executive Team.
  • Do not change the way you behave when a Executive joins your server. We want to see the real you.
  • Remember to remain professional, and put together at all times.

Rank Information

This section of the handbook contains information about Management Ranks, Executive Ranks, and the Presidential Ranks. This handbook will explain their limits, their duties, and other information about the various ranks at Kúnan.

Management Ranks

Mangement Ranks Information

Employee Assistant | Rank Limit: Undefined, but not unlimited

Employee Assistant is the first Management Rank. You must be promoted to this rank by a Board of Executives on Managing, or an Executive Director of Managing. Hibachi Chefs can also be promoted to Employee Assistant by a Presidential Assistant, Vice President, or the President. As Presidential Ranks act as they are in both Managing and the Public Relations Departments. As Employee Assistant is the first Management Rank, they are permitted to spectate up to 2 training sessions a week. Employee Assistants are now required to train at least 3 times a week in training sessions. Do note if sessions aren’t held, this will not be counted against any staff member on the team.

Supervisor | Rank Limit: Undefined, but not unlimited

Supervisors have similar permissions to Employee Assistants. One of the largest differences between the ranks of Employee Assistant and Supervisors is Supervisors are no longer allowed to spectate training sessions unlike Employee Assistants. Supervisors cannot yet host sessions, that is a permission saved for Managers and higher.

Manager | Rank Limit: 35

Manager is the third Management Rank. Managers have some new permissions that Supervisors, and Employee Assistants do not have. Managers are allowed to host training sessions! They cannot host shifts, that is a permission saved for Board of Executives or Executive Directors in Managing, or Public Relations. Managers cannot yet rank in the group, they need to have a General Management or higher be present to rank people in training sessions for Managers. This policy only applies to sessions hosted by Managers. If the session is hosted by a General Management or higher, a promoter cannot be present at the session.

General Management | Rank Limit: 20

General Management is the final rank apart of the Management Rank group. General Management has some pretty unique permissions to their rank compared to other ranks on the Management Team. Those that hold the rank of General Management unlock ranking permissions in the group. This is a long awaited permission by many, it is not to be abused. If it is, severe punishments will occur.

Executive Ranks

Executive Rank Information

Corporate Assistant | Rank Limit: 15

Corporate Assistant is the first Executive Rank. Corporate Assistant is the rank that all Executives will stay at if they decide they would not like to join a department. Corporate Assistants are now permitted to spectate an unlimited amount of training sessions. They are also expected to host training sessions, and promote at training sessions if it is a Manager hosted session.

Board of Executives | Rank Limit: 10

Board of Executives is reserved for members of Managing or Public Relations. More information about the two departments can be found later in the handbook.

Executive Director | Rank Limit: 2

The rank of Executive Director is reserved for the heads of the Managing, and Public Relations Department. Executive Directors direct and oversee their respective departments.

Presidential/Leadership Ranks

Presidential/Leadership Rank Information

Presidential Assistant | Rank Limit: 1

Presidential Assistant is the first Leadership Rank. As the rank states, they are quite literally a direct assistant to the Vice President, and the President. Presidential Assistants often oversee the Public Relations department. They assure that all operations within the Public Relations Department go as they should, and smoothly.

Vice President | Rank Limit: 1

Vice President is the Co-Owner of the group. They oversee all operations within Kúnan. They typically do not do anything related to Public Relations unless there is extremely severe drama within the department. Vice Presidents, when it comes to departments typically oversee Managing with the President, as this is easily the most vital department in all of Kúnan.

President | Rank Limit: 1

The President is the owner of the group. Along with their direct assistant, the Vice President they oversee all operations within Kúnan. The President, when it comes to departments primarily interacts with the Management Department of Kúnan.

Department Ranks

Department Rank Information

Board of Executives in Staffing (BOEiS)

A Board of Executives in Staffing is an Executive who has chosen the Staffing Department for their department choice. A BOEiS (Board of Executives in Staffing) is permitted to promote Hibachi Chefs to Employee Assistant if they have been recommended by a Supervisor or higher, or if the BOEiS themself, believes they desire a promotion. A BOEiS also assigns punishments to Employee Assistants through Corporate Assistants.

Executive Director in Staffing (EDiS)

A Executive Director in Staffing is the head of the Staffing Department. The EDiS supervises all Board of Executives in Staffing. They also determine if a BOEiS is abusing their power. They can choose if they should be removed from the department, and be demoted to Corporate Assistant.

Board of Executives in Public Relations (BOEiPS)

A Board of Executives in Public Relations is an Executive who has chosen the Public Relations Department for their department choice. A BOEiPS manages alliances, and events. They can also host mini games in the restaurant using btools if they choose to do so.

Executive Director in Public Relations (EDiPS)

A Executive Director in Public Relations is the head of the Public Relations Department. They supervise all BOEiPS. If the EDiPS determines a BOEiPS is abusing their power, the EDiPS can have the BOEiPS demoted to Corporate Assistant.

Alliance Requirements
  • Group must have a decent reputation
  • Must not sell any type of ranks with administrator permissions
  • Must be somewhat active
  • Must be inclusive, and LGBTQ+ friendly
