This guide will explain how to train people as a Supervisor+ or host trainings as a Manager+. This guide is created for the Executives at Kabuki.

  • [TRAINING] There will be a training session starting in 10 minutes at the training center for all trainees!

  • [TRAINING] The server will has now been locked! Why not head down to the restaurant?

  • [TRAINING] Trainings have now Concluded. There will be another session hosted again! Why not head down to the restaurant?

Hello and welcome to Kabuki! Today our staff will be taking you through the basic rules of working at Kabuki.

First, please thank all our staff for taking time out of their day to train you.

It is recommended to have a notepad to record all this information down.

[Rules]

Ok let’s get into the rules that you must follow.

Rule 1. Respect your trainer at all times. If you fail, please do not take it out on your trainer. You can always try next time!

Rule 2. Grammar and punctuation is must be understandable enough to read.

Rule 3. Hacking and trolling is strictly prohibited at this training and in the restaurant. If you are caught hacking or trolling, you’ll be kicked from the training or banned from the game.

Rule 4. If you need to go AFK during this session, please inform your trainer. Not doing so will result in a kick for the current training session.

You will be teleported to a room with a trainer. Then you’ll start from there. Please remain seated!

Welcome to Kabuki training. I’m NAME, and I will be your trainer today. Please sit on the chairs.

If you happen to have any questions feel free to ask me.

You must get ll/lll Points in order to pass.

Failure to do so will result in a removal from the training.

I’ll start off with greetings.

Behind the desk, there might be a lot of people waiting. Please wait patiently in a line and make sure to not crowd it.

You will be given a uniform when you go behind the counter.

When a customer comes up to you, you should state your greeting.

A good greeting should include: Welcoming them, introducing yourself and asking how many people are in their party.

Example of a good greeting.

Hello welcome to Kabuki, my name is NAME I’ll be serving you today. How many people are in your party today?

I would now like everyone to state their greeting when I tell you.

[STAFF NOTE] Give them a point if they pass.

Amazing job. You will be receiving a point.

You are doing amazing. We’ll now cover trollers/spammers/exploiters.

Firstly, trollers will receive l warning before you call a MR to kick them.

An example of a valid warning is: Warning l Don’t disrupt customers

An example of a invalid warning is: Warning l Stop doing that.

Spammers and exploiters don’t receive any warnings. You should immediately call an HR. To ban them via the group wall.

If you encounter people being negative/rude towards others, please call a MR.

We will now be doing a troll test to see how well you can handle trollers.

I will pretend to be a troller and I will approach all you.

You will be acting as if you’re greeting me/taking my order. Be sure to use your greetings.
