This document is used to teach you about our Performance Reviews, and how to schedule one. Performance Reviews are needed per month to see how you are doing in your field of work at Kapau! During these Reviews, you are able to bring up any concerns regarding your current position at Kapau, please review the information below to get started today.
What are they for? Why should I book one?
We require you to Book a monthly Performance Review so we can see how you are doing, and if you are eligible to be promoted or not. We also look at how your activity has been lately, and what you need to catch up on.
Will I get fired during these Reviews?
You are not able to be fired during these reviews, unless your activity is appearing very badly. During these reviews, we give you tips on how to do better in your field of work, and what you should be focusing on.
How do I book a Performance Review?
If you wish to book a Performance Review, please contact one of the Staffing Department Members via Discord, they should set you up with a Date / Time on when your Performance Review will take place.
Who are these mainly for? What ranks?
These Performance Reviews are for every Management Staff in Kapau, these Performance Reviews are required monthly, and failure to book a Review may result in a demotion of your current position, as we wish to know how you are doing work wise.
