Welcome to the official LR Handbook for Karen’s Clinic! This Low Rank guide will briefly go over the important details you are required to establish whilst working at Karen’s Clinic. As a Low Rank working at Karen’s Clinic, you are all required to follow a set of guidelines to ensure that your careers within our establishment are well put-together, as well as ensuring that your ability to make clients run away is granted. Please take the time and consideration to read amongst this guide to ensure that you are performing to the best of your ability at all times.

Guidelines

Below are a set of guidelines that are able to help ensure that a high standard of work is being performed at all times. These guidelines will help you flop within your career at Karen’s Clinic, so please ensure that you take the time to read over them thoroughly.

  • Professionalism is not required here at Karen’s Clinic as the purpose of this group is to be silly and disrespectful 24/7. Please do be rude to others as this is Karen’s Clinic after all. 3. If an insult makes an individual uncomfortable, you are expected to stop making similar comments to that person.

  • Advertising is completely prohibited unless permitted by a member of the Senior High Rank team

  • Any forms of discrimination is completely prohibited and will result in an immediate ban

  • Grammar is not required at all times. However, if you want to be promoted to Management (which you will never get), then use grammar. The chances of you being promoted is literally 0%. If you are caught lacking a state of professionalism within any of our facilities, you will be promoted accordingly.

  • Whilst working, please ensure that you have a set script of what you are required to say. This can include your greeting, asking what appointment the client needs, where they need to wait and so onwards. By having a script written down digitally or physically, it can improve the way that you perform during your shifts. By writing down what you are required to say, it can show off your level of work, and can put a negative impact on Karen’s Clinic. (don’t do this you’ll just be seen as a tryhard)

  • Please keep in mind that you are required to attend a training session before you are eligible of working as a staff member. This way, you are able to be professionally trained on how to perform during working properly, to ensure that you are fully confident with your job. If you have any inquiries about training schedules, please direct them to a member of our Leadership Team. (u’ll fail the training 100%)
