Customer Roles
Karen (â)
Rank obtained when you initially join the Karens Clinic Roblox group. A client to the dentist.
Tolerable Karen (â)
Notable former staff member or contributor to the group.
Affiliate Representative (â)
A representative from one of the groups partnerships.
Former Staff (â)
A former Clinic Assistant+ who had worked with us for 2 weeks or longer.
Low Ranks
Receptionist (â)
The first Low Rank, responsible for booking in appointments for the Karens.
Dental Intern (â)
The first dental rank and is able to complete beginner appointments.
Junior Hygienist (â)
The third low rank within the group, able to complete slightly more advanced appointments.
Senior Hygienist (â)
The fourth low rank within the group.
Orthodontist (â)
The fifth low rank within the group.
Dental Surgeon (â)
The sixth low rank within the group, able to spectate training sessions.
Lead Surgeon (â)
The final low rank within the group. Only obtainable by being promoted by an Assistant Manager+ from Dental Surgeon. Eligible to be promoted to the Intern rank.
Middle Ranks
Intern (70)
The first Middle Rank, going through our Internship Programme to become a Clinic Assistant.
Clinic Assistant (65)
The second Middle Rank, is able to attend training sessions and completes weekly requirements.
Supervisor (35)
The third Middle Rank at Karens Clinic.
Assistant Manager (25)
The fourth Middle Rank at Karens, able to host shifts and training sessions.
General Manager (20)
The final Middle Rank with the group.
High Ranks
Board of Directors (12)
The first High Rank at Karens Clinic; Board of Directors are members of both the Relations and Human Resources Departments.
Corporate Intern (10)
The second High Rank; Corporate Interns have chosen between the Relations or the Human Resources Department for the remainder of their employment.
Corporate Officer (10)
The final High Rank with Karens Clinic.

Department Overview
| At Karens Clinic, we have 2 main departments: the Human Resources Department and the Public Relations Department.
Human Resources
The Human Resources Department manages the staff members of Karens Clinic as well as the Internship Programme.

The High Ranks in the department handle everyday department tasks such as reading Intern applications and scouting promotions.
Dental Boards
Dental Boards in the department complete everyday tasks as well as assist the department directors with tasks.
Board of Trustees
Board of Trustees in the department have the same responsibilities as the Dental Boards.
Internship Lead
The Internship Lead is a selected Board of Trustee who has been tasked with running the Internship Programme alongside the Department Directors

The Public Relations Department manages the partnerships of Karens Clinic as well as the events and engagements.

Creative Management Lead
The Internship Lead is a selected Board of Trustee who has been tasked with running the social medias of the group and advertising the group alongside the Department Directors

Partnership Requirements
| Despite our unprofessional appearance, we are still taking our establishment seriously and are open to scouting partnerships. To partner with Karens Clinic, your franchise must meet the following requirements:
- Must have at minimum 5 group members
- Must have at minimum 5 communications members
- Must be able to provide 2 representatives to Karens Clinic
- Must not be a military or fan club establishment, but rather a cafe, restaurant, hotel or dentist
- Must be willing to announce any notices we request

Partnership Application
| If you meet our partnership requirements, you may apply to become an alliance with Karens Clinic. For the time being, we are not accepting exceptions.
| To submit your application, you must answer the following questions in a professional Google Document and submit your answers to the Direct Messages of a member of our Public Relations Department.
Alliance Questions:
- What is the name of your establishment?
- Please provide any necessary links we may need.
- How many members do you presently have - provide a date and time.
- Why do you wish to partner with Karens Clinic?
- How will this partnership mutually benefit us?
- Do you agree to follow all of the Karens Clinic alliance regulations and announce our notices if we request them?
Procedure Guide
Dental Intern Procedures:
Cleaning:
- Ask the client the following questions:
- How many times do you brush in a day?
- How many times do you floss in a day?
- Any issues regarding your teeth I should be aware of?
- Hand scale the clientâs teeth.
- Use a machine scaler to scale the clientâs teeth.
- Rinse and suction.
- Ask the client what toothpaste flavor they would like.
- Toothpaste flavors: Strawberry, Mint, Bubblegum.
- Gently brush the clientâs teeth using the toothpaste they requested.
Check-Up:
- Ask the client the following questions:
- How many times do you brush in a day?
- How many times do you floss in a day?
- Any issues regarding your teeth I should be aware of?
- Ask the client to open their mouth.
- Check the clientâs mouth for plaque.
- Check the clientâs mouth for tartar.
Junior Hygienist Procedures:
Whitening:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Place retractors in the clientâs mouth.
- Apply protective gel on the clientâs gums.
- Apply the whitening solution onto the surfaces of the clientâs teeth.
- Allow a moment to set before rinsing and suctioning.
- Remove the protective gel.
- Inform the client to avoid eating for an hour to prevent staining.
Filling:
- Ask the client if they have any concerns.
- Inject local anaesthetic into the clientâs gums surrounding the area where the filling will take place.
- Rinse and suction.
- Begin to drill the cavity.
- Suction.
- Ask the client if they would like a silver or white filling.
- Apply the filling.
- Set it using a setting light.
- Inform the client that their teeth may be sensitive for a little while.
Bonding:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Color match the resin being used to the color of the clientâs teeth.
- Polish the surface of the tooth.
- Rinse and suction.
- Apply the resin.
- Cure the resin.
- Polish the surface of the teeth.
Senior Hygienist Procedures:
Veneers:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Take X-Rays of the clientâs teeth.
- Inject local anaethetic to the area where the veneer will take place.
- Remove a small amount of enamel to make room for the veneer.
- Color-match the putty being used to the match the color of the clientâs teeth.
- Apply the veneer to the clientâs teeth.
- Polish the surfaces of the teeth.
Crowns:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Inject local anaesthetic into the gums surrounding the tooth.
- Drill the tooth.
- Rinse and suction.
- Place the crown onto the tooth.
- Ensure it is secure.
Sealants:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Rinse and suction the tooth.
- Apply etching solution to the tooth.
- Dry their teeth.
- Prepare the sealant.
- Apply the sealant.
- Ensure it is positioned correctly.
- Cure the sealant.
Dentures:
- Do you have any questions before we commence?
- Inspect the clientâs mouth.
- Take an X-Ray of the clientâs teeth.
- Color match the dentures to the clientâs teeth.
- Secure the dentures in the clientâs mouth.
Orthodontist Procedures:
Braces:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Take X-Rays of the clientâs teeth.
- Ask the client what color band they would like.
- Band colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Mint, Green, Light Blue, Navy Blue, Rose, Black, White, Silver, Clear.
- Place retractors in the clients mouth.
- Rinse and suction.
- Apply a small drop of glue on each tooth.
- Apply the brackets.
- Set them using a setting light.
- Place the smaller wire through the back brackets.
- Secure it with the bands they chose.
- Trim the ends of the wire.
Braces Tightening:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Ask them if they have been having any issues with their braces.
- Ask them what color bands they would like.
- Band colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Mint, Green, Light Blue, Navy Blue, Rose, Black, White, Silver, Clear.
- Place retractors in the clients mouth.
- Remove the old bands.
- Remove the wire.
- Place a new wire through the back brackets.
- Secure the brackets with the new band.
- Trim the ends of the wire.
Braces Check-Up:
- Ask them if theyâve been having any issues with their braces so far.
- Ask the client if they have any questions about their braces.
- Ask the client to open their mouth.
- Examine their braces.
- Take X-Rays of their teeth.
- Inform them when their braces will be able to be removed.
Braces Removal:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Loosen and remove the wire.
- Loosen and remove the brackets.
- Remove the glue.
- Rinse and suction.
Spacers:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Prepare the spacers.
- Place the spacers between the molars.
- Ensure the spacers are in the correct position.
Dental Surgeon & Lead Surgeon Procedures:*
Wisdom Tooth Removal:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Rinse and suction.
- Put them to sleep using general anaesthetic.
- Loosen the wisdom teeth before removing them.
- Suction.
- Place cotton wool where the wisdom tooth were.
- Wake the client up and give them an ice pack.
Extraction:
- Ask them if they have any questions.
- Rinse and suction.
- Inject local anaesthetic into the gums surrounding the tooth being extracted.
- Loosen the tooth.
- Remove the tooth.
- Suction.
- Place cotton wool where the tooth was.
- Inform them that they should wash their mouth after eating and to be careful when touching their mouth.
Root Canal:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Inject local anaesthetic into the gum surrounding the tooth.
- Drill the tooth.
- Rinse and suction.
- Seal the tooth using a root canal filling.
Dental Implant:
- Ask the client if they have any questions.
- Rinse and suction.
- Put them to sleep using general anaesthetic.
- Drill a hole where the implant will be placed.
- Secure the implant
- Rinse and suction.
- Wake them up and give them an ice pack.

Promotion Guide (Dental Surgeon)
| To be promoted from Dental Surgeon to Lead Surgeon you are required to have been recommended for the position by an Assistant Manager+. Unlike promotions to Senior Hygienist, promotions for Lead Surgeons are much more selective and dedication is key.
| Promotions to Lead Surgeon donât always happen instantly, we recommend a minimum of 30 minutes in game spent working per day to show you are deserving of a promotion.
| The format of your greeting is meant to be simple and easily understandable: those who have simpler greetings will be more likely to be promoted rather than someone using complex and advanced language.
Appropriate Greeting:
âHello! Welcome to Karens Clinic. My name is aIohias, what appointment would you like?â
Inappropriate Greeting:

| We also have a select list of requirements which all Dental Surgeons aspiring to be Lead Surgeons must meet in order to be promoted.
- Aged 13 or above
- Be in the Karens communications server
- Be willing to use other platforms such as Trello
- Ability to be available the majority of the time
| These requirements are required because those who are Lead Surgeons are automatically eligible to be promoted to Intern so long as they remain active for a minimum of another week after being promoted.
