Keep getting Error Code 12?

I had this error when I tried to open up a studio place of a person. It gave this error and refused to open. I tried restarting, but it did not work

17 days after you reported this, It also came up as I used Studio yesterday.

Now I can’t have any ideas on how to get rid of it, some says you should restart or update, yet it still doesn’t work. HOWEVER the Incident ID is 1040133932250071878… I am not the only one feeling this today.

i found out how to fix it, you just need to unpin the shortcut and repin it

I’ve tried making a shortcut on my desktop and using that , but it still pops up , only in one place … all of the other shared places im in work perfectly…
