Keeping a Player Out, with Different Accounts

Admittedly though, I’ve found that people who just drive somewhat poorly, i.e. they brake too late and hit the wall and spin out, or brake too late and hit someone else, or brake to early and get hit by someone else or turn to much or not enough and hit the wall, and etc, generally get blamed as doing so on purpose, even though in some cases, it’s just them being god awful at the game.

Again, this is not a problem. You are flagging outliers as malicious drivers – people who are really bad at driving are not outliers.

You’ve received massive amounts of complaints to ban this user – more than any legitimately bad driver in your game. This malicious user is far worse than even the worst of your legitimately bad drivers.

The issue is that a malicious driver will know exactly where to crash or what to do to have as much of a negative impact as possible, and as such will be able to have a very negative large impact on races.

This is seen in every large racing game, such as iRacing, Project CARS 2, and GT Sport, that has some type of rating system. Users know how it works, how to game it, and how to cause as much mayhem as possible. This ultimately results in them being reported and banned by humans, which bring us back to the original point of how to keep these banned users from coming back on different accounts.
