Role Information

Below you will find information about all of our rankings. Please go through the material mentioned if you want to learn more about each rank or your individual rank.

Customer (∞): This rank is given upon people who have joined our ROBLOX group and are considered official customers of our restaurant. Guests, on the other hand, are also considered Customers.

Honors Member (∞): This position is given to retired Chief Communications Officer+. Because of their greater rank inside our firm, they are referred to as an honorable member on our platforms.

Partner (∞): Those that represent our alliances on our platforms will be granted this role.

Trainee (∞): After completing our Chef application and passing, you will be assigned the job of ‘Trainee.’ Your responsibilities will include attending a training session in order to obtain an official Chef rating, working behind the counters, and cooking wonderful dishes for our customers.

Junior Hibachi Chef (∞): Our team’s initial low-ranking (LR) member is known as this. Members of this job will be tasked with preparing meals and serving customers at our restaurant.

Hibachi Chef (∞): This is our team’s second lowest ranking (LR). Members in this position will be responsible for preparing meals and serving customers in our restaurant.

Shift Leader (∞): This is the third and final low-ranking position that is part of our team. Members in this position will be responsible for preparing meals, serving customers in our restaurant, and expected to have a somewhat professional demeanor at all times.

Restaurant Assistant (30): This is our team’s first Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.

Kitchen Supervisor (25): This is our team’s second Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.

Assistant Manager (20): This is our team’s third Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.

General Manager (10): This is our team’s fourth and final Middle Rank member. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.

Corporate Assistant (14): This is the first Department role for our team. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Public Relations Departments, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Kénji’s operations.

Chief Public Relations Officer (2): This is the second Department role for our team, also known as senior members of the Public Department. Members of this role will be assigned to the Communications Department, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Kénji’s operations.

Chief Human Resources Officer (2): This is the third Department role for our team, also known as senior members of the Staffing Department. Members of this role will be assigned to the Staffing Department, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Kénji’s operations.

Chief Administrative Officer (2): This is the fourth Department role for our team, also known as the co-lead of their department. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staffing or Communications Department, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Kénji’s operations.

Development Team (∞): Those allocated to this job are either commissioned or work full-time on Kénji’s projects. This might include things like GFX, Discord, or in-game development.

Vice Chairman (1): This is our team’s third Leadership position. Members of this role co-own the company, while also overseeing all of Kénji’s operations (departments, staff team, community).

Chairman (3): Creator of Kenji.

Alliance Information

Requirements

  • Group must have 1,000+ members (non-botted).
  • Communications server must contain 100+ members (non-botted).
  • All of Kénji’s events must be announced upon request.
  • Group must be a similar business within the industry (clothing, restaurant, cafe, etc).
  • Group must not have a history of free-ranking or selling ranks with administrative powers.
  • Community must have a stable activity rate.
  • Representatives must communicate frequently with hosted events, etc.
