I am attempting to use Kevin Macleod’s music, or atleast one of them for my game, the name of the music is “Opium”, however i’ve seen many that roblox seems to delete these and claim them as copyright. Macleod’s music is im sure, royalty free is it not? We can use it aslong as we provide credit.

Yes, Kevin Macleod’s audios are royalty-free, I’m assuming Roblox doesn’t want a chance of a lawsuit.
How shall it be a lawsuit if we give credits?! Shouldnt a lawsuit be filed against the game creator?!
It should, ethically, however, it’s more profitable for the plaintiff to sue the company than an individual.
Also, It happened in Roblox, so if Kevin sued, Roblox would lose money, Your account could most likely be deleted, and Roblox would stop his music from being uploaded.
I’m just assuming they don’t want any little lawsuit—copyright music or not.
