Keybind pop up found in different games?

I was wondering if there was any type of function or something for this? I found this at Solera Resorts:

However, I saw this exact same UI pop up at two other games - one being Bloxton Hotels and the other being RB Battles. Is there a way to make this?

It was a recently added feature called ProximityPrompts.
