Keyframe add all not adding all

I am trying to animate an enemy for my game that has a ton of parts. I can animate majority of the model easily but the keyframes for the legs and clock arms do not show up making it impossible to use. I looked on the devforum and the humanoidrootpart is anchored and has a motor6D not a weld inside of it. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I figured it out. I had to use joints all the way through because welds cut off the animation hierarchy.
