Customer Service Responsibilities


1. Introduction

At KFC, we strive to create an engaging, realistic, and fun role-playing environment. As a Customer Service representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ask for their orders.
  • Use the customer service panel by clicking the “Open Server” button at the top of your screen to input orders.
  • Focus on creating orders; do not handle food or distribute orders.
  • (Optional) Stay at the customer service window to take orders from drive-thru customers.


Kitchen Staff Responsibilities

At KFC, we strive to create an engaging, realistic, and fun role-playing environment. As a Customer Service representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming experience.

2. Responsibilities

  • Claim orders that haven’t been claimed yet.
  • Review the order and prepare food items based on the orders received from the Customer Service team.
  • Go to the food distribution area and provide the food using the “Handto” button.
  • (Optional) Go to the second window to distribute the food to drive-thru customers.



Management Team Responsibilities

2. Responsibilities

  • Supervise both Customer Service and Kitchen Staff to ensure proper adherence to procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct training sessions for new staff and provide ongoing support and feedback.
  • Monitor the restaurant’s overall performance and address any operational issues.
  • Ensure that all team members are following the code of conduct and wearing appropriate uniforms.
  • Make sure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Facilitate team meetings and communication between different departments.



Admin Regulations

This section outlines the regulations and commands available to Admins to ensure a fair and well-regulated environment for all players. It is essential to follow these guidelines to maintain the integrity and enjoyment of our server.

Admin Duties

  • Enforce server rules consistently and fairly.
  • Address any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all actions are well-documented and justified.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment for all players.

Allowed Commands

Management Team (Moderator):

  • Warn: Issue a warning to a player. A reason for the warning is required.
  • Kick: Remove a player from the server. A reason for the kick is required.
  • Respawn: Reset a player’s character only if they are glitching or trying to troll.

Corporate Team (Admin):

  • Warn: Issue a warning to a player. A reason for the warning is required.
  • Kick: Remove a player from the server. A reason for the kick is required.
  • Respawn: Reset a player’s character only if they are glitching or trying to troll.
  • Ban: Temporarily ban a player from the server. A reason for the ban is required.
  • Permanent Ban: Permanent bans are not allowed. Any request for a permanent ban must be submitted through our communication servers and reviewed by the senior team.

2. General Conduct

  • Avoid using offensive language or engaging in behavior that could make others uncomfortable.
  • Be considerate of others’ feelings and viewpoints.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Use proper grammar and clear communication.
  • Address issues calmly and constructively, focusing on solutions rather than problems.

Integrity:

  • Follow the rules and guidelines established for your role and the server.
  • Avoid abusing any privileges or commands granted to you.
  • Be honest and transparent in your actions and communications.

For All Roles:

  • Adhere to the specific responsibilities and limitations of your role.
  • Ensure that all actions and decisions are justified and documented as needed.

For Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle all interactions professionally.
  • Avoid discussing or handling issues outside of your designated duties.

For Kitchen Staff:

  • Focus on preparing and distributing food efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene procedures.

For Management Team (Moderators):

  • Enforce server rules and handle conflicts or issues with fairness.
  • Use commands only as permitted and document all actions taken.

For Corporate Team (Admins):

  • Oversee server operations and address high-level issues or escalations.
  • Make use of advanced commands responsibly and ensure all actions are well-documented.

4. Consequences of Misconduct

Immediate Action:

  • Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate warnings, kicks, or other appropriate actions based on the severity of the offense.

Ongoing Violations:

  • Repeated or serious violations may lead to temporary or permanent removal from the server, depending on the nature of the misconduct.

Appeals:

  • If you believe a decision or action taken against you was unjust, you may submit an appeal through the designated communication channels.



Rank Definitions

In our KFC server, different ranks signify various roles and responsibilities. Understanding these ranks helps ensure smooth operations and clear communication within the team.

Customers:

  • Definition: Individuals who participate in the server solely as customers. They are not part of the staff team or management.
  • Responsibilities: Enjoy the KFC experience, place orders, and interact with staff in a respectful manner.

Staff Team:

  • Definition: Includes all staff members who perform operational roles within the restaurant, such as Kitchen Staff, Customer Service, and Assistant Managers.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Kitchen Staff: Prepare and distribute food items based on orders.
    • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and handle the customer service panel.
    • Assistant Managers: Support operational activities and assist in managing staff and customer interactions.

(Moderator) Management Team:

  • Definition: Members who oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including Restaurant Managers and District Managers.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Restaurant Manager: Supervise staff, ensure smooth operations, and handle customer service issues.
    • District Manager: Oversee multiple restaurant locations, provide support to Restaurant Managers, and ensure adherence to company standards.

(Administrator) Corporate Team:

  • Definition: Senior-level members responsible for higher-level decision-making and overall management of the KFC server, including Regional Directors, Vice Presidents of Operations, and the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Regional Director: Manage operations across a region, oversee multiple District Managers, and ensure strategic goals are met.
    • Vice President of Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies, oversee regional performance, and support the CEO in high-level decision-making.
    • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Lead the overall direction of the server, make executive decisions, and ensure that all operations align with the server’s goals and values.
