Everytime a player joins they are added to the ScrollGui with their name next to a kick button.

You should maybe add both the display name and the player name. There are cases where you might need one and not the other. A minimize button would be great too, an admin or moderator wouldnt need the kick panel active at all times. Add a search bar or make each label smaller, I would imagine there to be a lot of scrolling if you have more than 10 people in a server.
Other than that, looks pretty good. Thanks for the jumpscare as well.
I like it! The only issue is that the username text’s distance away from the side of the section thingy is different to the kick buttons, other than that, good job!

The particles are unnecessary. Maybe trade that out for animations for the button that you click? And a sound when you click? (I didn’t hear if you had that already)
I agree with all of this, this was just a concept, and I can definitely add a search bar 
i like the particles, i don’t see them on many UI’s

You don’t see that because it’s unnecessary, it doesn’t change how the user is kicked. Doesn’t make sense for an admin panel.
Even though you need to admit it, the particles are pretty complex (from my view) and what he created it’s pretty good (even thought they’re unnecessary, I agree)
