Employee Expectations
  • All employees of Kine must conduct their work in a professional manner and show grammar at all times when addressing their superiors.
  • You must have the platform, Discord in order to be accepted into any corporate department, or any Kine Community Team. We use the communication platform as a means to communicate with all departments, business associates, and subsidiaries. It is also a way for the Department Heads and Chief Officers to communicate with their departments.
Corporate Role Description
  • Human Resources Department
    This department reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer. They oversee all hiring and recruitment of personnel staff (Security, Baristas & Receptionists) of Kine Corporation. Handle internal conflicts and disputes related to Kine Corporation in the Group Wall and in our Discord servers.
  • Financial Department
    This department reports to the Chief Financial Officer. This department tracks and manages all ROBUX spending of all subsidiaries and in Kine Corporation. Oversees the Audit Logs related to ROBUX. Prepares financial reports such as fiscal monthly reports (how much each subsidiary gained in ROBUX).
  • Marketing Department
    This department reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Marketing focuses on the promotion of sales and branding of each of our subsidiary. They develop strategic ideas that would make each of our brands grow in terms of revenue and in members. Oversees and creates advertisements for Kine Corporation’s brands and games.
  • Public Relations Department
    This team oversees the spread of information to all our brands, and businesses alike. They address all questions, complaints, and suggestions made by our Community Members and Supporters or by our headquarters staff and Corporate members of Kine Corporation. They report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Global Security Department
    This team comprises of our security personnel/detachment. The department moderates our various discord servers and provides in-game protection for our facilities in any property owned by Kine Corporation. In addition to their protection, they coordinate with our Headquarters personnel in providing a welcoming safe atmosphere to all our ROBLOX games. They report to the Senior Vice President of Global Security.
Payroll Information
  • Kine Corporation does in fact pay our employees with ROBUX for the work they provide for the group. Please note, that only Corporate Employees are paid a certain salary for their respective roles in Kine Corporation. Now, in order to see our official exact payroll information you must join our discord server. Hence, the importance of having the platform.
Uniforms
  • All Corporate Members and Receptionists must purchase their uniform from the clothing group, Economic Fit™.

The following are a set of guidelines and instructions approved by the Board of Directors, on the behavioral and internal operations and affairs handled in Kine Corporation.

All members of Kine Corporation must abide by these set of rules and policies. Failure to comply with them will result in a three-way strike, which will evidently result in your dismissal from the group itself.

Code of Conduct
  1. Be considerate.
    We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can as a company. Your decisions will affect clients and colleagues, and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions.

  2. Be respectful.
    We won’t all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. We will all experience frustration from time to time, but we cannot allow that frustration to become personal attacks. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one. Disrespecting will lead to severe consequences.

  3. Collaboration
    While working in Kine, employees are expected to act friendly and collaborative with everyone. We don’t want anyone to disrupt the workspace or create obstacles to colleagues’ work.

  4. Make differences into strengths.
    We can find strength by making mistakes. It is always fine to make mistakes. The thing that matters is how hard you try. You should always shoot for your full potential. Different people have different perspectives on issues, and that can be valuable for solving problems or generating new ideas. Being unable to understand why someone holds a viewpoint doesn’t mean that they’re wrong. Don’t forget that we all make mistakes, and blaming each other doesn’t get us anywhere.

  5. Conflict Of Interest.
    Employees are expected to avoid personal financial or other interests which may hinder their capability or willingness to fulfill their job duties.

  6. Policies
    All employees are required to read and follow all of our Corporation’s policies. If you have any questions contact your Department Head+ or a representative of the Human Resources Department. All corporate employees are required to take the Internship Program Application.

Corporate Policies
  1. Resignation Policy
    It is a requirement for any corporate employee to contact their Department Head if they wish to resign from Kine. The Department Leader will convey the message to the necessary personnel, who will process your resignation. Failure to inform your Department Leader and directly leaving the group will result in potential consequences such as a blacklist from working at any Kine Corporation subsidiary.

  2. Promotional Policy
    Do not advertise any servers or businesses in our discord server. It is strictly prohibited, and you will receive serve consequences.

  3. Inner-recruitment Policy
    Do not promote, “rank”, or appoint anyone automatically within the Corporation. There has to be a reason to appoint someone to a management position. Failure to provide a reasonable reason will result in the dismissal of the appointee and a consequential strike for the appointer.
