Hello. I am Kinohisa, (also known as Develop_ers) I’m offering my services as a Builder/3D Modeler. I specialize in asset creation and a high level of design. I have been building for 4 1/2 years on ROBLOX. I mostly do realistic but, I can also do low poly!

Availability
Usually I am available Mon - Fri, the weekends are usually times I do not work either. On weekdays I am on just about all day with periodic breaks. If you commission me and I have to take an unexpected break I will DM you via Discord and inform you.
Payment
My prices can be low as 2k, usually for low poly small builds that aren’t complicated, as for big low poly maps / build it can be around 4-7k and can be as high as 40k for a big map for example. It does not have to be super realistic, usually, for a subtle realistic build, it can be around 10-15k. If you have any questions about my pricing you can DM me via Discord at Merc#9800.

I’ve gotten a lot of questions about places like SCPF or just an interior build with no exterior. I always answer; if it is just interior, and no exterior I charge less if you want realistic, usually I go around 5-6k for those types of builds.
