The years begin in at Z.E. (Zarek Area). The time before that is know as B.Z.E. (Before Zarek Era).
If you haven’t, go ahead and read Knights of The Sun Lore [Part 1]: An Introduction, then go ahead and do that before you read this. It contains much foundation for the lore coming up. Of course you do need to, it just makes more sense.
William Solarias (Z.E. 3,679)
William Solarias is often called the greatest Sun Lord of all time. In his lifetime, he faced off against the most powerful, kings, demons, nations, and gods to ever be. He also grew the Knights of The Sun into a thriving order where everyone in the world could find safety. There was also something special about William. This was the fact that he was a direct descendant to Nyrasian the almighty Sun God. Along with his blood, William inherited some powers of the god as well. Along with being a great warrior he was a great king and leader. How his bloodline came back to power is a story for different time.
The Return of Skorlar (Z.E. 3,679)
A few years before William took power as The Sun Lord there were many strange things happening all across the land of Eshia. (This is what we call the land where the Knights of The Sun Reside. It is spelled like Oshia but with an E to show that they are now on Earth.) There were multiple cases of people turning straight into gold after getting sick. There were some cases of flames that would never go out burning down large villages, and there were many sightings of The Sun Lord. Or at least someone in Sun Lord armor.
A few years pasted, and the cases grew less and less frequent, but still very much there. At this time William was crowned The Sun Lord. He was rather young for a ruler, at the age of 18, but he was liked by most of the kingdom. As he started to get his grip on the kingdom, the cases numbers grew and grew, until they were a rather large issue. Finally the trouble showed itself in the form of Skorlar. Over the many years he was hidden away, he had grown stronger and stronger, and even learned magic. As he started attacking different towns and cities, the Ovum Empire helped him. This caused us to declare war on the conniving force. Finally his power was built up to what we thought was its full.
The Fall of Ignus Village (Z.E. 3,680)
After months of attacks from the Skorlar and Ovum Forces, Skorlar pulled the greatest attack yet. And this one was on Ignus Village, the capital of the Knights of The Sun. With a force of over 100,000 he raided the walls. 1st he attacked with canons, as he knocked down the wall. Our archers shot down with our mightiest bows, trying to stop the attack. Finally the gate fell, and the real battle was on. The Ovum army fell into the city. The battle was bloody, and many people fell. The one goal of the raid was to destroy all of Ignus Village, and the hopes of the Knights of The Sun. That goal was realized. But even in the battle many knights fought well, including Joo Pro, Astronius, Boomian Thefist, Hex Hulius, Flaming, Strike, Jacon, and Jay. Even Cursed and Mine fought beside their Sun Lord in a battle to save their home. But in the end, the battle was lost, and they were thrown from Ignus. The Village was nothing more than a pile of ashes.
