Knit Directory Manager - Plugin

Hey developers.

This plugin is going to be useful for many developers that use Knit on the platform. The reason I created this was to automatically import Knit and it’s correlating packages together, it also forms a directory in your game for you and comes with some really useful functions for making service templates, controller templates, and component templates.

I don’t expect this to really impact development as this can all be done manually, but hopefully it gives you guys a way to initialize knit and create knit utilities with ease.

I’ve attached some screenshots below as well as the plugin link, let me know of any suggested features

I’m in disbelief that the vscode + rojo workflow is genuinely scary enough for anyone to even consider this plugin to be a viable solution… the fact this is even paid is the cherry on top considering that vscode snippets are free.

So this is the Rojo + VSCode workflow but with almost none of the benefits… I’ll pass for now

Some people don’t want to use Rojo and are considering holding out until Roblox brings out their built in code sync which was announced at RDC.

I appreciate Rojo is quite popular on the platform, but it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

(And to answer your concern regarding the price, if I could charge this lower I would, but at the end of the day this did take a short while to make and 100 robux isn’t an unfair asking price for developers who could actually benefit from this plugin)

Hope this clears up your concern.

That’s totally fair, I just think that the workflow has a lot more benefits associated with it for a minimal learning curve and ease of access.
