Staff guidelines for Koala Theme Park!




Customer service guidelines.

-You must have a good greeting with something like 'Hello and welcome to Koala Theme Park and WaterPark. I’m [YOUR ROBLOX USERNAME] How can I help you?
-You must follow these rules.
-You can’t make up your own rules.
-You must be working hard if you want a promotion.
-You must listen to a higher rank staff member. (HR)
-You can’t troll while working.



Dealing with a troller.

Dealing with a troller is one of the most challenging things while working. They can say things rude, but don’t let them get to you because they will keep on doing it. They normally don’t mean any of the rude things they say. For nstance they say I don’t like you. You should respond with ‘Sir/ma’am please do not troll’.
If they continue, you should give them a warning. Repeat that process until they reach 3 warnings, then get an MR+ to kick them from the server. If they leave and rejoin, that also counts as one kick.
Once they have been kicked from the server 3 times, get an SHR+ to ban them from the game.




Operating rides

We know this is a video game and you don’t have to be so serious with the jobs, but I want to make the experience at the theme park as realistic as I can.
-If a ride stops working, stop the ride and inform the guests. Tell them to stay seated at all times. Get an HR to fix the ride.
-If someone is trolling while operating a ride you can right away kick them.
-If someone jumps off of the ride when it is in motion or is not instructed to, you can kick them without warning them.
-Abusing these powers will result in a permanent ban and a demotion.

HR guidelines 1.

As an HR at the theme park, you will have to be actively working when you are on the game because of trollers.
-If a staff member says ‘HR/MR requested’ that would mean for you to teleport to them.
-If they say someone needs to be banned, you will look at the chat logs.
If the operator is trolling that will get a permanent ban and demotion.
-No abusing powers.

As an SHR at the theme park, you will have to paying attention for HR’s if they need you to teleport to them. You will need to be helping guests.
-No trolling.
-No abusing powers.
-No spamming commands.
-No spamming in general.
